Love to tell everybody: it's not about "how to do it", it's not about the tech acheivements... What Skullmapping is doing, is telling intricate STORIES, with refined humour. That, is what 99.9% of mapping "artists" (read : video tech junkies) still must start to learn (but most will never learn it..). Thank you for sharing this. They opened one of these where I live, but they were very vague about what it is actually about. Definitely looks like something I'd enjoy, but I hope they don't charge 5 times the price for this entertainment...

@ON YOUR ASS I am sure you have been on your ass most of your life and certainly never been to france. Beautiful country with creative wonderful people who have no interest in living anywhere else in the world. While we love to point out that the US saved their butts in WW2 remember they saved ours in the revolutionary war.

Um, no, I don't think we at Chez Cara will be instituting an "innovation" that makes it looks like some insect is crawling all over the table and plates. We like to provide an environment where our customers feel relaxed and can enjoy each other's company at dinner, and not be "entertained" with some high-tech device.

Fabulous projection... Shame about the (real) food. The guy's steak was tougher than raw hide - either that or his knife was blunt...Will definitely give it a miss.

Does everyone at the table have to have the same entree for this to work? Thinking of going to the one in Berlin, but if everybody has to eat the same meal, I'd rather go with one person than trying to select an entree for a group.
The French would never do this. It is Belgium. And of course Americans would love it. Ya gotta be entertained 24/7.
