Balloons in a Vacuum Chamber and More Things

Experiments in a vacuum bell jar with balloons with a bit of air. Because the external pressure decreases the internal pressure increases the volume of the balloon, even bursting in some cases.
I perform the same experiment with bubble wrap and with an Erlenmeyer flask in which the stopper is shot out.

… the air try’s to escape the rubber of the balloon due to the negative pressure outside the balloon, the escaping air then swells the balloon up due the the rapid movement of the particles that make up the air inside the balloons…

Nothing. They are made with vacuum inside already. Anyway, even with air the glass container is hard enough to keep the integrity of the structure. Temperature measure also stays constant. So nothing at all is the answer.
