He literally has no business with her, it's rude to rope her in. It's a power play, easily making the switch from disapproving of Nacho's actions to being tolerant and nice towards "someone else." While Mr. Varga has the right to disapprove of being roped into Nacho's business, of being put in danger of Nacho's actions, he's being ignorant of the fact that Nacho is taking care of him and shielding him from the danger. And it all comes down to the fact that Mr. Varga can't get over how hard he has worked to deliver the shop to Nacho and have his son carry on his legacy, and Nacho has simply chosen a different path, not even to spite him, but simply to walk his own path.

Feel sad for both of them, Papa wants him to do the right decision, but even Nacho wants to change, he's already got himself too deep in the game tho...🥲
If he somehow ended up in prison (before the whole Gus fiasco), I think he may have had a pretty good chance to do the years, get out and be able to start from scratch. He would most surely lose everything he got. But he would be giving all of that in exchange for a second chance
Sad thing is that even if Nacho confessed to his crimes it would make things way worse because the cartel at this point were unstoppable. Also at this point Gus knew Nacho was responsible for Hectors stroke so it definitely would put his whole family in danger if he had confessed. The D.E.A while effective can only do so much with their witness protection program, but knowing them they wouldn’t do it for nacho considering his ties to the family, they’ll just end up using him as an informer and knowing Mike and Gus they’ll definitely figure it out and kill him. Nacho was just a doomed man from the getgo, but at least he stayed true to his guns and protected his father.
Yeah, but Nacho now CANT. Its not the same rules anymore. Dad was living under the assumption that Nacho could do the right thing and get his life back. Nacho should have listened to dad before. Dad should have listened to nacho Now, and both of them go away and open shop elsewhere
I honestly believe that this is the scene in which Nacho gives up trying to change his fathers mind about his situation. He starts off by denying that it’s his money he’s offering his dad. But as soon as his father says ’Look in my eyes!’ and he looks up, his expression changes. As if he realised that he would never be able to make his father leave town, even if it’s for his own safety. Looking back at this scene, it’s honestly really tragic the way Nacho and his dads story ended. Each time Nacho tried to leave the life of crime, he simply dug himself deeper and deeper until he was essentially just a dead man walking.
@@feelsman7837 No, it’s brought up here for the first time and never addressed again, but you can see that Nacho doesn’t have the heart to keep denying it and it’s also highlighted in the dialogue that the guy offered way more than the shop is worth, even with the land

Feel sad for both of them, Papa wants him to do the right decision, but even Nacho wants to change, he's already got himself too deep in the game tho...🥲
He gets out Gus would have killed his dad. Or the Salamanca’s if he told them. Too far to ever have gotten out
His dad didn’t seem to understand going to the cops would’ve ended both of them early.
If he somehow ended up in prison (before the whole Gus fiasco), I think he may have had a pretty good chance to do the years, get out and be able to start from scratch. He would most surely lose everything he got. But he would be giving all of that in exchange for a second chance
I gotta wonder that had Nacho not given an above market offer, that it would have worked…
Nacho’s dad is a true Christian trying to save his son from the abyss. But in vain since it was up to nacho’s hand to save himself.
He was their for the hos. Nacho wasn't suppose to be home.
His father was one hard working stand up man
What a father.
Smart of Nacho to show that one instead of the crazy one.
Nacho needed his father's hug after that scolding
The set designers did Nacho dirty with the VROOOOOOOM!! poster
Jimmy McGill would make Manuel Varga proud.
VROOOOOM
Love this scene but can you give us s6 deleted scenes
This is very accurate of how Latino parents are.
All of this could've been avoided if the son and father could have spoken to each other frankly.
Papa Varga was a Saint breaks my heart to see his dreams of passing down the family business to his son just up and fail..
Bruh did Nacho forget to pay his gas and electric bill? Looks so gloomy and depressing in that house
i think that's the point
Awesome scene but you'd think they'd turn some freaking lights on 😢
Im not sure if he was talking about the girl or the house
Poor papa. Seeing his son with drug money and drug skanks when all he wanted is for him to take over his store. :/
And yet he was so nice and respectful towards her. Breaks my heart
Yeah, but Nacho now CANT. Its not the same rules anymore. Dad was living under the assumption that Nacho could do the right thing and get his life back.
Nacho should have listened to dad before.
Dad should have listened to nacho Now, and both of them go away and open shop elsewhere
You leave the drug skanks outta this!!
Can you turn on those lights?
I honestly believe that this is the scene in which Nacho gives up trying to change his fathers mind about his situation. He starts off by denying that it’s his money he’s offering his dad. But as soon as his father says ’Look in my eyes!’ and he looks up, his expression changes. As if he realised that he would never be able to make his father leave town, even if it’s for his own safety. Looking back at this scene, it’s honestly really tragic the way Nacho and his dads story ended. Each time Nacho tried to leave the life of crime, he simply dug himself deeper and deeper until he was essentially just a dead man walking.
Kims feet compilation when (bravo vince)
Ni madres!! Yo no voy a huir!!
Was it really his money though
Nacho doesn’t admit it outright but it’s heavily implied that it is
@@chromaperipheral How so? I don't quite remember this part. Is it somehow addressed again after this part (or before) or not?
@@feelsman7837 No, it’s brought up here for the first time and never addressed again, but you can see that Nacho doesn’t have the heart to keep denying it and it’s also highlighted in the dialogue that the guy offered way more than the shop is worth, even with the land
I think it’s hinted that the reason his dad has stayed in business this long is cuz Nacho has been using his money to keep him afloat.
dark place
Best of Lyle when
Pero yo...NI MADRES
Did nacho actually put the guy up to it to offer his dad all that money? I finished the show a while ago but can’t remember
As far as I remember that was the only scene about it. And i understand that nacho was behind it.
You reap what you sow
Strongest man in bb universe
vaas became insane after this
What Season and episode
season 5, ep 3. You may usually find it in the descriptions :D
Si alguien me ofrece comprar mi negocio por el doble de su valor lo tomo sin pensarlo
Echa mostrabia se lanco deperdie 😂😂😂😂
Nachos father is a good man but very naive to the real world of the underworld. Had Nacho taken his father's advice, they (the Cartel) would've erased them both...
Everyone loves to gush about how 'wholesome' Nacho's dad is, but he's so judgmental and he makes zero attempt to understand Nacho's situation. He does not deserve the adulation the internet heaps upon him.
Was it really Nacho behind the offer?
anyone else come here from fmovies so they can see subtitles
I haven't watched this season yet lol
Vrooom !
Nice

And tha guy ends up surprised when his son is killed 😂
I mean, he is his father. What is gonna say? Oh well?
this square goober got nacho killed
His stubbornness and naivety certainly didn’t help. But ultimately it’s getting involved in the drug game in the first place that brought it about.
Nacho was already dead from the second he got involved in that life
opk
Idk . He got his son killed in the end . What good his bravery and honor did exactly ? Nacho's money was drug money yes , but he did risk his life many times to earn that money . If his father was so adverse of taking drug money , he should have taken it temporarily , move out of the city , settle far away where Salamancas couldn't reach and then keep only necessary amount and return the extra amount to Nacho . Then Nacho could have run and both could have lived a long and happy life in their own ways . Nacho living on his drug money and his father doing some honest small business somewhere and earning his bread and butter .. not having kept any drug money .. living an honourable , honest life with a son alive somewhere . He could have been smart but No he had to be honourable .
taking your sons money and retire early beats working 11 hours a day for the rest of your life any day of the week just saying. Also Nacho could've gotten out alive if were not for him being so stubborn.
Accepting blood money is never the right thing to do, papa varga had a set of morals and values we could only hope to aspire to
