Jen Mills I know I felt so bad for Jimmy. I love this scene because of Gibbs and Jimmy's talk about being a parent. I have a son and I know how hard it is to be a good parent. This situation was so fucked. The mom made an agreement with Palmer and Breena and for her to back out last minute was so shitty and unfair. She shouldn't be allowed to do that.

I agree, but unfortunately the birth mother can make the choice to keep the baby within a month of its birth. It sucks ass, especially when the adoptive parents have been there and made an agreement with her to adopt her child

Rewatching NCIS and this episode came up and I lost it. Knowing I'll never have kids w/ my husband kills me. I want them and he doesn't. He even plans on getting a vasectomy to make sure I won't get pregnant. It hurts so much but I know I can't force him.

This might sound weird and wrong coming from a single guy, but if children are the only goal of your marriage, then you're doing something wrong. He needs to spend time with kids and experience the joy of having kids, but even then if he doesn't, try adoption. If that also doesn't work, that he doesn't want kids ever, be it his own or adopted, it's up to you to make a decision.
