From my experience, both are great performer. They have strong projection. In terms of scent trail, Sauvage is slightly better due to pepper background. Yet, I prefer Ysl Y Edp over Sauvage cause 9/10 guys out there know Dior and they use it often which makes you soooo ordinary. Great content by the way. I like it that you kept it neat and brief.

Y EDP is strong and long lasting but is almost too fresh and has a strong green apple/melon? note to my nose that can be too much throughout the day. Projection is similar on both, but might be better on Sauvage. I once had a group of friends say they could smell my Sauvage across a big table at an outdoor restaurant once on a cool night with little wind. And I had only put on 4 sprays before heading to the restaurant. People keep saying it's too common but where I live I've never met anyone else wearing Sauvage. 🤷🏻♂️

We have to keep in mind YSL is a big designer brand and consistency is very important for them to remain their reputation. All forms of this fragrance that I have smelt have been long lasting.

I didnt like sauvage, my wife got me Y le parfume, and her father Y edp, I tried both, and changed mine for Y edp, it has a wider, greener and sophisticated smell, sauvage is too generic for me. Good luck with your channel, man, im subscribed!

Dior sauvage weak af my batch code 0J03 September 2020 batch and has no projection I have a 200ml bottle, got it from a trusted retailer called Boots here in the UK so it’s authentic
@@sherkhanftw7579 with huge brands like Dior (big designer companies) consistency is very important. Not to say there aren’t slight very tiny batch variations, but it’s unlikely a bigger bottle would be watered down. Dior has very high standards. I was at many boots last summer in London, and I know they are legitimate. So I’m not sure why you’re bottle is so weak. Can you try a more recent bottle on your skin to see if it will make a difference? I’m sure many retailers will have a sampler.

@@andy2991 I don’t notice a huge difference, I believe the EDT is heavier on pepper, while the EDP is smoother. I’ll do a comparison video for you.
