Judging by her attitude, she purposely left the system connected for everyone to hear what he was saying. It makes absolutely no sense that the mic she was using had to be connected to the church sound system if she was only recording messages for the wedding video.

If you didn’t continue a relationship there would not longer be a connection, they would be a stranger to you after so many years have passed.

100% agree I litterly hate this one, the only reason I watched this one was They were nothing else to watch ….I miss Dougie so much and all the others it’s just not the same,it’s like a talk show not like a court hearing and what I notice also was how is this a new show when most the cases is old cases from the old People’s Court how is that? I do not see this lasting and it’s only gonna hurt Judge Marilyn in the long run and the old Court hearings I can watch over and over because that’s how great of a judge she was but now NOT…..

I'm 75 and will never get over my first love. But I am so happy that she is having a wonderful life and has a great husband. When there is drama, it is more than just that special bond.

So, his reason for answering the ex’s call was because she was texting him threats to hijack his wedding and in order to prevent it he placated things by telling her he’s still in love with her? That’s wicked! If this is real, then I’m glad he got exposed because there’s no way that ex would go to that man’s wedding to object the matrimony if they didn’t reconciled at one point. He was clearly cheating on his ex-fiancée with his 1st love/ex. DIABOLICAL

This case is like watching an old episode of King of Queens , when Doug and Carrie went to a wedding of one of Carrie’s ex boyfriends 🤔 .. Doug was jealous so they both went to the bathroom to talk about the ex and she was mic-ed up basically character assassinating the guy to the entire room of wedding guests !
Did you see the other KOQ episode Doug was at a wedding he didn't want to go to and was bored . Now each wedding table had cameras for the guest to take photos? He went into the bathroom and put a little top hat ( party favor ) on his private & snapped a photo ...that show was so funny
The mic being used by a videographer wouldn’t just carry over to the venue’s sound system - that’s not how this works at all. These fictional stories Judge Milian is using instead of real people these days are just goofy.

1. Let me be clear, if this is all true (and not scripted) the guy's a dirtbag.
2. If she's recording interviews for the film - that's going to feed into a mini/handheld recorder, NOT feeding into the house audio system. I don't see a scenario where his lapel mic would be broadcasting during the ceremony, and she's grabbing audio out of those speakers for the film. Remember - she needs to record the vows too - and the audio on a lapel mic is going to be much higher quality than whatever she's recording from the venue's speakers. If she didn't know that - she's def not worth the $11k she's charging.
That being said - I'm calling shenanigans. Ain't no way the same lapel mic is being used for interviews AND broadcasting during the ceremony.

I felt a connection with this girl and it spells Karen ,she is not professional at all no matter how big of a jerk he was she had a place in her job and she just made it a nasty party By the time she could have ran and jerked his mic off the bride already hear what she needed to hear …. But Karen wanted to be nasty and play and not be professional like she claims to be she should have made it less public and let them solve it somewhere privately instead she hurt the bride more than she deserved to be embarrassed on her wedding day in the church waiting on her dream wedding day and Karen just stood their enjoying the hell out of this and hurting her and embarrassing her in the whole congregation shame on her I hope this hurts her business and no one hires her for their wedding….I just want to say to the bride I am so heartbroken for you on your dream day and pray you have the right man truthful man and you have a bigger better dream day and live happy ever after ……Karen I hope your day comes but worst than what you did to this bride that did no one wrong and get the biggest embarrassment of her life over pa’s we’re you could have ripped it the hell off of him to stop it….

A question I have is, if the bride overheard the phone call without the defendant's help and the wedding got cancelled, would the defendant be owed the entire contracted amount? It seems unjust for a videographer to set aside time, and labor, pre, mid, and post wedding to work on this project, rejecting other possible jobs depending on this contract, the wedding being cancelled bc of the plaintiff's cheating ways, she should lose this massive amount of possible money. Would she still be given only this small portion of the contracted amount if she want connected to the reason the wedding got cancelled? Is JM punishing the defendant for her mistake? If the phone conversation was nothing important yet it got broadcast, they would have just brushed it off and kept going. Its not something that should break a contract is it? Mistakes happen. I have been an officiant at a couple weddings as a pastor and mistakes do happen. At one, the best man was supposed read scripture. My co officiant asked him before we went in if he was ready to read and he said yes. He got there and he looked confused. He expected the passage to be there waiting for him. I had to give him my bible. The funny thing was he was a pastor too who graduated from another seminary in the same city as the one my co offiant and I went to. We joked after that this is the difference between the quality of the seminaries. It was pretty embarrasing.
All in all, if I were the defendant, I would count the time and money lost with helping a fellow human avoid marrying the cheater. This is like a scenerio straight out of a movie. If I were the bride, I would become friends with this defendant and use her next time she gets married.
The almost-bride should pay the videographer for saving her years of anguish.

okay, I gotta ask, what's the deal with all the spin-off shows? first in 2021, Judge Judy went on to become Judy Justice, then in 2023, Judge Mathis went on to become Mathis Court with Judge Mathis, and The People's Court is now Justice for the People with Judge Milian. Now Marilyn & Greg I can understand these two still working in their early 60's, but Judy at past 80 years old still wants to preside over the courtroom and be on TV? oh give it up! retire, you've had your 25 year reign on your old TV show, and also by the way, all they did was basically rename their shows, Judy, Greg, & Marilyn are all doing the same thing they were doing before, prior to 2021 (Sheindlin) & 2023 (Mathis & Milian).
