It's great to see the world being so united! Putin did not expected this at all. Yes, the usual suspects still support him, yet the one he needs more than ever is Xi of China. Just by their sheer military power, economy and fossil fuel deals. The fight needs to come from within Russia and while it's terrible for the every day Russian to trying to get by with having the leading elite steal hundreds of billions off of them, each year probably? It's good sanctions are upped with every move Putin makes. The no fly to/over Europe for commercial flights, SWIFT etc.
The younger people with internet (yes, sometimes it's being blocked) and might see the factual reports that Ukranians aren't torturing and whatever, pro Russian living there.They have to convince their parents and grandparents to either go demonstrate, or don't vote for him next election. Putin can maybe cheat his way into 10, 20 percent more votes....(which still gets noticed by independent reviewers), its impossible when 80 percent votes against him. China quote follows next. 1/2

As Russia’s economy gets hammered by sanctions, China has emerged as the key player with the potential to lessen its partner’s economic pain. The moves suggest a careful balancing act by Beijing as it seeks to buttress ties with Moscow without openly violating sanctions, which could jeopardise its access to key Western export markets and the US dollar-centric international financial system. Bank of China’s Singapore operations recently ceased financing deals involving Russian oil and firms, the Reuters news agency reported on Monday, citing a source familiar with the situation.

The meeting resulted in a raft of trade deals, including the signing of a 30-year contract for Russia to supply gas to China via a new pipeline. China’s trade with Russia rose to $146.9bn in 2021, according to Chinese customs data. Unfortunately the only *major* help Ukraine is getting from the outside is satellite and drone info/data from the U.S.
I think you're forgetting the 150 million £'s worth of weapons, vehicles and equipment the UK have given Ukraine so far.
@@turdferguson7264 - Tons of places have given those to Ukraine, with the U.S. having given by far the most. What's really allowing Ukraine a decent chance is targeting and troop/equipment movement info. The U.S. is providing that.

I’ve the stadiums but as I remember Ukraine had a lot of hate and racism coming from Ukrainian fans during the euros and that was why some weren’t allowed to host games. I still support Ukraine of course but can’t forget what happened
