Hi! Many people show to use brass dishes to marinate chicken or cook food without tin coating. Is it safe. I am a senior citizen. My experience says not to use brass and copper or iron kadai to marinate chicken or other things.
You are right it's not safe i once cooked rice in brass vessel and rice got a black colour (not burnt)
