Interesting model and seems to be a great model, only hold back I have is the low rating of reviews and lack of good reviews in general. This isn't really an area I would expect too many reviews, but it does give pause.
Jason Mendoza, there are a few negative reviews. We address this with them and to our understanding 2 were the result of a divorce. One was the result of someone who tried to extort money and was stopped. Once he was stopped he went on a smear campaign. As you know, many people who post bad reviews are not posting honestly.
Great insight on LPH Matt, thank you. I just finished watching all your videos on them. Would it be possible to interview one of their affiliates having success, that perhaps came to them with little or no background in real estate?

It seems like it is quite important to be local to the market in which you operate. Can you get into some details in regards to what it might entail to open a new market? How does LPH go about advertising to potential buyers?
Also I am in Canada in a relatively small market of about 120,000 people who is not one of the listed locations yet (if ever). Are there opportunities for me here? Or potentially in a different market based out of here? Thanks Matt and Mike

I've been following the Little Pink houses series and it has sparked a lot of interest. I found their RUclips channel and started looking at the content. As I listened to the content it sounds like there is a lot of cold calling with a script. Admittedly, if this is the case, my interest diminished somewhat as the thought of cold calling and reading scripts make anxious! 😬. Am I looking for a way to generate more income? Yes Is the fear of cold calling and reading scripts greater than my want to generate more income? Hmmmm...maybe. How to overcome that fear? Jump in and just do it? I am going to do a little more research on this as I would hate to miss out on a great opportunity. I'm guessing the cost to become an affiliate and then franchisee (as this is where they are headed as a business per one of your earlier vids) is discussed during the initial discussion? Thanks for sharing this opportunity!
