Dang it, I went from rock'n to crying like a baby. This song hits way to close to home. I just finalized my divorce last week. My 5 year old boy keeps wanting to know when I'm coming home. God help us all get through this, especially him. He don't deserve to go through this, no kid does.

It really sucks to see these stories about divorce on here! My wife's iPad, we've been married 42 years this year ( 2018) and anyone that thinks it's been easy is crazy it took a lot of fricken work. Came close once but WORKED through it! It takes work! Always easier to quit.
My wife left me after 40 years of marriage because of my drinking. I quit drinking and she came back after 8 years. We're ok, but never will be what it once was.

Very hard for me to comment on any platform but this song I can only listen to when I miss my little man which is every day and every day I pray for God to watch over him when I'm not there. He's old enough to fight for himself, lot of sleepless nights knowing my ex knew that she could hurt me by hurting him...we're doing better but the pray for the little man is still every day. Wow. I have been a strong fan of Blackberry Smoke for a long time now. It seems that every song is good, but some of course more than others, depending mmy mood at the time. But certain ones really resonate in my heart, regardless of what is going on in my life at the time. This is a nice one. I also like "Too High" and "One Horse Town."
I can't pick a favorite; they are all good, and they are such a great band; they seem perfectly matched for each other, but I think I would like to see them start having "guest musicians" to play with them occasionally.
I would love to have heard Stevie Ray Vaughn to do a session with them. Greg Alman. Tom Petty. Glen Campbell. Johnny Cash. By the time we all get to heaven, I guarantee heaven will have a house band that will just blow your mind. Looking forward to it; hope to see you ALL there!
