I truly LOVE watching people's initial reactions to him singing this song. Watching them realizing what he's doing with his vocals and emotions. Seeing them get flabbergasted by him makes me giddy.
I just discovered this cover and I have spent the last hour watching vocal coaches react. I can’t get enough of this - like, they genuinely seem in distress at certain points bc they CANNOT HANDLE how good it is.
ive watched this performance so so many times and it gives me the same reaction everytime. like its just perfect and his voice and how he acts just moves me to tears every single time.

His melodic choice on the bridge makes perfect sense for a tenor. It makes it into a money note based on where this sits in his range. Had he stuck with the original melody, it wouldn't have had the same impact that it does in the original key with a female voice. It's a super smart choice.
Agree. He definitely could sing this song in the original key. But this key was the perfect key for him for his voice to shine.

This is just such a great performance. Made lots of really smart choices to adapt the song to his voice and range, and I love all the little acting choices - make no mistake, I don't think a single movement or gesture was accidental. Just superb rendition of a song that's easy to overdo.

I’m really new to your channel but I just want to say thank you. When I was a kid I wanted to be in musicals so badly, I was so certain it was my future but I had a breakdown at 18 and a complete confidence crisis. I haven’t performed or had any interest in singing for 6 years but after finding your channel you’ve reignited my interest in singing again, I feel like I’ve learned so much in a few days of finding your channel and you’ve inspired me to get back into singing and develop my skill again. Jeremy Jordan is a masterclass in performance. You are correct when you mentioned his mannerisms, he can not only deliver vocally but he delivers the performance in every other way too... I love how at the very end as the last note fades, you see him finally drop out of character and smile. That just shows you how consummate he is in a performance when he is in engrossed in it and the character he is portraying. Then like a flip of a switch it's over and it's just Jeremy smiling and saying thank you to the audience. Like wow.... super talented.

So good! I highly recommend reacting to Jeremy Jordan singing It’s All Coming Back to Me Now. Also, you should do a watch party for Newsies: The Broadway Musical on Disney +. It’s a recording of the Broadway play Newsies. The original Broadway cast and original tour cast came back to film the movie. Jeremy Jordan plays the main character. It’s so good. Great video xx

Yeah, Jeremy is a gifted performer both vocally and in acting talent and he hams it up and has a lot of fun with It's All Coming Back to Me Now if you want to enjoy that, but it's long. or if you watch Jeremy Jordan Ben's Birthday Medley you'll see him sight sing an impromptu arrangement his accompanist gave him night of the performance as a birthday gift to his friend/accompanist....it's a delight, as well.
He really took that song to church and at the end I tell you!
Definitely check out his Newsie's performance on Disney+ -- another "nailed it" moment.

haven’t seen this request, but you should react to jeremy jordan singing why god why from miss saigon. there’s only a recording of his vocals, so you can’t actually see him performing it, but you can still hear him, and he knocks it out of the park. i imagine it would be even better if you were able to see his acting choices. also, i definitely back up the people who say you should react to newsies! although, the movie and the stage musical are both on disney + so make sure you do the stage musical.

In addition to all the awesome Broadway performances and small shows Jeremy Jordan has done, he was a main character in season two of the TV show Smash. Not sure if you want to do reactions to his songs there, but I highly recommend watching for your personal enjoyment 😊
