If you’re a Jeremy Jordan fan you HAVE to check out the underrated musical ‘In the light’ his solo ‘Her embrace’ is wonderful. Nobody will take the chance with this such a damn shame.
Jeremy Jordan has it ALL!! Have you seen the Broadway show Newsies? (NOT NOT NOT the Disney movie Newsies starring Christian Bale) They took the actual Broadway cast-starring Jeremy Jordan- and they turned THAT into a movie. His version of “Sant Fe” makes me choke up every time. If ever there was a triple threat, Jeremy Jordan is it! And it doesn’t hurt that he’s absolutely gorgeous!
I discovered jeremy jordan a few months back when youtube randomly recommendid one of his videos. I was impressed with his singing and entertained by his sense of humor so I googled him to find more. This video was the fourth one played and it absolutely destroyed me. I am a truck driver and I had to pull over because I was crying so hard I couldn't see to drive. 😢
There are a ton of Miscast performances on YT and I highly recommend them - it’s an annual fundraiser for one of the off-Broadway theatres. Broadway performers (like Jeremy) are no joke - 8 shows a week with one day off. Pretty much everything in their life revolves around the 2-3 hours that they are on stage when they’re doing a show.
Now you see why a bunch of us were yelling that you needed to check this one out. Honestly all of Jeremy's Miscast performances are worth a watch, one of them being Don't Rain on my Parade. Yes, he did Streisand. As far as movies, the only one I can think of that he's done is the movie version of The Last Five Years. There's also a proshot of him in Newsies on Disney+. (I am incredibly bitter that I can't say Greatest Showman. Iykyk)
I'm sure more than one of us has mentioned Miscast. It gives performers a chance to do gender-flipped performances. He is so good here and it's the character of Jenna looking at who she's become and wishing/thinking about the what ifs in a hopeless situation. I've only seen him in Supergirl and Smash (both tv). There was a fun Flash/Supergirl crossover as they have a lot of strong singers between the two casts.
@@AudsVids oh same! The one that always jumps to mind for me is Jonathan Groff doing Anything Goes complete with Sutton’s choreo. So many great performances happen at that every year.
The Last five years, Newsies and Joyful noise as well as Spinning Gold, where he plays Neil Bogart the founder of Casablanca Records, he is excellent! I saw him last night on Broadway as Jay Gatsby in The Great Gatsby. What an amazing show! His vocals are so powerful, he is amazing! Thank you so much for this!❤️🤗
I first discovered him in SMASH, where his rendition of "The Words I Meant to Say" broke me into small, hopeless fragments for days afterwards. He has always been, to my mind, magical. Try his "I'll Be Home for Christmas" or "Over the Rainbow/Home" and you will be fractured. His emotive power is matchless, and his breath control is other-worldly.
Newsies musical followed by smash tv series made him popular/known. He’s done 2 movies. Joyful noise with dolly and queen latifa. But my favorite is the movie musical last 5 years. I’ve seen him in person a few times now. I booked a broadway cruise just to see him perform live. Then I was lucky enough to have him come to Indianapolis (1 hour from me) and perform a solo concert at a place called the cabaret. Just this year I got to do my bucket list and fly my sister and I to NYC because he finally got a chance to come back to broadway!!!! Not only did we get to see Jeremy in the great gatsby but we saw a total of 7 musicals in the 5 nights we were there seeing some of our favorite broadway performers. Something I’ll never forget. We stage doored all of them after and got to speak to many of them since a good amount came out after to sign our playbills! I must say I started crying when Jeremy came out after gatsby and John Cardoza came out after notebook. Plus I started jumping for joy when Courtney reed walked out to stage door after moulin rouge🎉
there are literally hundreds of performances by this man that I would happily recommend but a few of my favourites with varying styles that not as many people talk about are I've Told You Now - Bway loves Sam Smith, Jeremy Jordan Sings with The Pasadena Symphony POPS, They Just Keep Moving The Line (Bombshell), and (if you wanna see a young Jeremy from early in his career) Rooftops
know matter how many time i see him sing it alway bring me back to the first time he and will away be the best singer in the whole world i love his voice with all my heart
If your a Jeremy Jordan fan, I'd recommend giving the Tangled series on Disney plus a look in. He's not a main character, but he is a reoccurring one, and he has some of the BEST songs of the whole series!
Oh…and if you watch his miscast performance of let it go you can watch him run from the audience UP the stairs back to the stage while simultaneously belting out a long note
How about you react the whole Newsie musical 😂😂 Yeah, he s in a few movie. He s suppose to be in the greatest showman as well. There s loke 10 mins clip of him telling that story and sing the sing altogther. Very worth to watch.

Finally some Newsies love! I saw Jeremy Jordan Newsies before I even saw the movie
He also has a rock band called Age of Madness

At this point, anyone who's a fan of _Hazbin Hotel_ has probably been _devouring_ the other things that the Broadway actors have sung.

Yes The Last 5 Years. I cry every time I watch but it is such a great movie. Also bitter about Greatest Showman.

LOVE Miscast! This song absolutely wrecked me when I saw Waitress.
@@suebee0619 There have been some brilliant Miscast performances. I have a very soft spot for all of Aaron Tveit's ones.

Check his movie with Anna Kendrick- "The last five years"
-It's a musical+relationship journey
Great singer ,actor , performer Jeremy Jordan the phenomenal ❤
You should react to him staring the musical Newsies. They filmed it live on Broadway....so good!
Santa Fe is on John's Patreon, YT blocked it here
they recently released the recording of the great gatsby, where he sings some pretty dope songs, like past is catching up on me :)
know matter how many time i see him sing it alway bring me back to the first time he and will away be the best singer in the whole world i love his voice with all my heart
THE LAST FIVE YEARS!!!! Watch immediately. They sung through almost the whole thing live. It’s him and Anna Kendrick and it’s absolute perfection.
I'd also recommend checking out some stuff from the musical he's currently starring in on Broadway, The Great Gatsby
It makes me so happy seeing so many people recommend the last five years. It's such a masterpiece, but it always feels like nobody knows about it...
Oh and to answer your question, YES there is absolutely nothing he cannot do.

You must check out his performances in Michael Mott's In the Light (CD and RUclips)
You need to listen to him sing “Somewhere Over The Rainbow/Home” mix. (Concert for America) It’s astonishing!
Oh…and if you watch his miscast performance of let it go you can watch him run from the audience UP the stairs back to the stage while simultaneously belting out a long note
He was in the second season of Smash and also in the first season (maybes also second of Supergirl).
Have you seen him sing Run Away with Me?
It's crazy that The Greatest Showman was green lit because of Jeremy Jordan and then they replaced him with Zac Efron
He was in Joyful Noise.
I’d highly recommend checking out some more songs written by Sara Bareilles, she’s a phenomenal songwriter and singer.
I need you to IMMEDIATELY go watch The Last Five Years with him and Anna Kendrick.
he was actually in cw series super girl 😊😊😊
If you enjoyed this, Absolutely check out Morisette Amons version. Amazing!
Please, please watch Newsies!!
Kindly react to TURRI JANDI, BLOCKBUSTER AND HARKALAY from Coke Studio Pakistan. Look forward for ur reactions.
The only thing he doesn't do is tap dance 😅😅😅
Can you react to Jessica Simpson's vocals
How about you react the whole Newsie musical 😂😂
