  • This is an easy one pot meal. Great for warming you up on the cold days when you come in from the elements. It is another good way to use up some of the leftover ham that is in the refrigerator or freezer. Just add the peas at the last hour of cooking. Check your seasonings, then enjoy a bowl or two. It's great with crusty bread or your favorite crackers. It makes about 6 servings. Additional water or chicken broth can be added if the stew is too thick for your preference.

Good girl. If I may, you basically made a dinner from tins. Please try use fresh ingredients. Maybe it is a USA Norm to cook using "Cheat" tins? Anything that comes out of a tin/can has unhealthy preservatives. This would lead to weight gain and heart attacks.

You are right; we use too many canned goods in America. Thank you for the reminder to try to use fresh ingredients. Where are you located? So fun to see where other viewers are from. 🙂

Yes, Americans use ingredients to make food quickly. They call them "short-cuts". Your comment has gotten me to think of some new (old) recipes to make. Thank you for some up-coming video ideas.
