This video is a mix of a timelapse of me doing this axonometric interior study with some step by step guide.
Note: This video is inspired by some of the latest Fer Neyra's drawings on Instagram. I've decided to explain how he might have done it.

I've been learning A LOT!!!! from you. Thank you heaps! If I finish and pass my degree, it will be thanks to people like you!!! they don't teach shit at uni but have fun ripping apart our projects.
Thanks a lot for the feedback!! I really appreciate it and I'm glad I could be of any help 😉
I love this style of portraying interior space, awesome work
Thank you!
This is beautiful!
Hey, thank you! I loved it.
Brasil POHA! Parabéns pelo trabalho brother.
Aeee man! Valeu pelo apoio!
Unbelievable!!!! Bravo 👏🏻
WOWWWW beautiful! Thanks for sharing! LOVEEE
Thank you! Cheers!
Very very good. I have learned many thing about Photoshop. Thank you !
Thanks a lot! That's great to hear!
Amazing video 👌
Well done 👍
Nice! Thanks for the tips bud! I have a major project due this monday by midnight and I'm not feeling a hyper realistic rendering... Do not have any time for any of that shit.
Thanks man! Hyper realistic isn't the only type of illustration out there. In fact, most Archtecture Professor I've known prefer an original approach to explain the project! Good luck!
I love it! Beautiful visual! Little question. How do you place the model and the view in sketch to know exactly the angle and the prospective? thanks.
Hi Simonetta! Thanks!
When I create these isometrics/axonometrics, I make sure I have the parallel project view activated on Sketchup, then I click on the Isometric View Button under the Views Toolbar. Doing like this will result in a 30°/60° drawing that I can insert any element on the same isometric position
Cool video, what did you do at the 1:12 mark to make that brightness/contrast panel appear? When I am creating a layer mask I have to make a new layer and the properties only show density and feather for controls
C Ford Thanks mate! Every time you want to add an adjustment to a layer you should add a filter of that adjustment. For that you need to open that tab (Window > Adjustment layers or something like that).
About the mask question I did not understand. Could you be more specific? But each mask works independently with each layer.
Would love to have all your material collection😍
Hi Precious, I have create a custom library of materials. Check them out here: www.ougraphics.com/packs
Great video!! how did you arrenge the angle in sketchup
Nice bro...
Thank you so much for the time you take to share this knowledge! I do have one issue that I'm running into though. When I make the planes that I'm using for the transparency, I'm not able to get rid of the edges/borders like how it's being shown in the video. How do I remedy this?
I have the same question, im dealing with the same problem, sorry for my english
wow this channel is usefull for me
That's was awesome, I've been curious to replicate his (fer_neyra) style for a while, this vídeo Will certainly help
Loved your channel btw
Thanks dude! I wanted to try one of his drawings but using my aproach to arch vis for a while! Finally did it! I'm glad you liked!
I love it, it's awesome, there're so many things to learn. Could you please share your textures or where to find them?
Hi Gabriella, thanks a lot!
Check this video here to see how you can create your own library for free: ruclips.net/video/cUjzrVJL5H8/видео.html
Or this video that I talk about the Ultimate Post-production texture pack I created: ruclips.net/video/ibB1rbcV3bE/видео.html
thank you so muchhhhhh,..........
Wow........!!!
Awesome work, very inspiring. I'm not sure, but I thing that shadows on the person should go more in vertical direction
You're probably right! Thanks for the advice!
which plugin did you use for final render?
very nice job , can you explain me how you created the vegetable brush because it is not very clear thanks
Thanks!
You can download the brush set from Arqui9 on the web. They have some vegetation brushes that you can use to paint inside the mask. You should make a base layer with a very dense vegetation, then apply a black filled mask and use the brush to paint white the areas that you want to show. Hope that helps! If not, please let me know!
ah ok I see what you are talking about thank you very much for your attention and good luck for the rest ^^
Hi howd you the thing with roof and the walls? I cant seem to get it the walls and ceiling aint there but the shadow projections
Hi Ar. Irndolf! The key is to make the texture with a full transparent png image. This will do the trick. Let me know if you got it 😉
which transparent texture you used?
Can you make a sketchup 3d modelling tutorial?
Hi, May I ask where do you get your textures? Ty, love your videos:)
Hey M. Vezlan Thanks!
Sometimes I find them on google and I also create them myself.
I've created a starter texture pack, you can check them out here:

@@LearnUpstairs Thank you so much!,!
Well, in my campus, no one using graphic like this. This one could be the breakthrough if i use some graphic touch in my project. Can't wait to see the reaction of my lecturers
Nice to hear that! Where is your campus? 😁
@@LearnUpstairs Indonesia 🇮🇩
Nice
Hi! Do you model exclusively on Sketchup or do you use other programs like Revit Archicad, etc...
Hi Alfie! It really depends on the project. For a quick 3D or specially for diagrams I like to do everything in Sketchup. But if it is for a real thing that I'm going to have to turn it into documents and have measurements. I go all in Archicad.
But even when I do everything on the BIM software, I export to sketchup to create renders, illustrations and start the representation part.
So I think at the end of the day, I use the tool that is most useful for the moment
@@LearnUpstairs Thx for the reply. Indeed on the early stages Sketchup is my favorite partner, but when the projects goes further i'd hate to face the idea redoing everything from scratch or getting geometry errors from import. How do you go about converting your sketchup work to BIM elements ( in a reasonable fast workflow). Your channel is awesome btw, subbed immediatly
Thanks a lot Alfie!
To be honest I don't have a workflow to convert skp to archicad. In the office that I work, we go until massing and preliminary study as we call in Sketchup. Then after the concept is approved by the client, I'll remodel everything in Archicad to go to city hall approvement plan and then documentation to building site.
Very dumb workflow, but at least when I approach the BIM step I double check everything since I'm doing it the second time. And now I do it more throughly, paying attention to every little detail.
Sorry that I can't help you out here. But the more I get comfortable using Archicad. I will try to use it as concept. Unfortunately, until now Archicad cannot fulfill my need in renderings and specially interior design where the variety of 3d furniture.
I hope I didn't confuse you more than before. Thanks a lot for the support! Cheers!
@@LearnUpstairs Your explanation was crystal clear. I don't think it's dumb many of us are searching for the perfect software/workflow and i am in the same situation than you ( too many of us are unfortunately). Thanks for taking the time to answer and to make such quality videos. Keep up the great work!
Ah, beleza, cara. Vou dar uma olhada. Obrigado!
hey this video is so great and useful, thank you for your effort, can you please share your renderıng files :)
Thank you! For this particular image I only exported .png from sketchup in different styles (lines, solids and shadows)
Where do u get the transparency png ?
Which one Anderson? I usually go online and find them. For example websites like Mr. Cutout
What plug in are you taking about
The topaz labs plugin. I use to give a final touch. Punch in some micro contrast, colors and overall details
Sweet thanks!!!
What's the main purpose of an axonometric interior study?
Muito show man!! bora dominar essa merda!!!
Valeu man! 👊👊
Hi, name of song,please
Can you do the same in illustrator and can you do a tutorial of the same in illustrator
Ok! 😁
@@LearnUpstairs by when can we expect the video
if you could share the sketchup file i wanna practical it step by step with you!
Good video, but you should slow down your spreed.
Thanks Theara! You can use RUclips's built in feature to slow down the video up to 0.25x speed. Hope that helps!
