What about the sketchy plan? You did it all by hand or you just have some nice trick for transforming "normal" plan into sketchy one? Anyway, awesome work!
Well the plan was made by hand indeed. The goal was just to have a rough plan to show in the video for you guys. I used a wacom small tablet for that, but you can definitely do that on a paper and then scan it. I don't think there's a plugin to get this real hand drawn plan looking effect.

Very nice video, really enjoyed it. May I ask what rendering programme you use for the basic mass model you then render ontop of?
Hey Alex! Thanks! I usually go with Sketchup for modeling and Vray 3.4 for rendering. But since the render outputs so basic you can do it in any prefered software. I like to make most of the work in Photoshop.
