The master closet is slightly underwhelming but the finishes on this home are exceptional and might just be enough to compensate for that closet and that commute to downtown Atlanta. This was great, thanks!
i wld agree (plus i wld prefer a sitting area) but for the price point..it fits and the layout n basement balance it out.

Patrice, the garage has been converted to the sales office which is why it has those windows. Once reverted, it will have a garage door.
This house is stunning! Love the finishes, the covered deck,and the fact that it has a basement. Amazing! Wish there were still such houses available for this price in the Atlanta area

Loved the use of color in the home, the decor added to the color scheme of each room. My favorite part of the home was the kitchen with the separate lounge area, looks very serene. Great use of space in each room, the master suite was nice I wasn't thrilled with the closet space, the bathroom was nice. There's not a lot you need to add possibly a game room or movie theater in the unfinished basement. The outside patio was nice, not much scenery but the peace and quiet atmosphere is all you truly need. Nice home!!

I love these homes you been showing. Big Selling point for me is location of the staircase lol. I just don’t like the staircase pointing towards the front door. Coming in the front door and automatically seeing the staircase bothers me (maybe that’s weird to others lol)
Life, I don't think that is weird. I also prefer the stairs to be away from and not close to the front door.
Interior work nice
I like the design under the stairwell and how the kitchen is open to the other areas.

Dr Horton, century communities and the rest of the home builders really need to step their game up. Fisher homes are expensive but they are immaculate. Every inch of their homes design and layout are well thought of!!! Those big windows in the livingroom always get me. I think the biltmore plan offer by one of the other builders have similar windows too.!!!

Love the flow of the kitchen from the keeping room to the family room. Great entertaining flow! I think I would use part of the basement for my home office; the one in front of the house is a bit small. Otherwise this is a nice home.

It's my dream to move my family to Georgia and these homes just push me to get my affairs in order so I can achieve this! In NY, unless you live in a fancy building where a studio apartment is $4,000 a month, or own your tiny 1,500 sqft home with a shoe box for a backyard that you paid $450,000 ... It's impossible to achieve this freedom of space. Y'all yesterday, I had to do laundry 4 blocks to do 5 bags of laundry, when u own your home you do laundry while dinner is cooking! I definitely will not miss walking to the laundromat with 2 kids, in rain, sleet and snow. Oh and don't get me started on parking 😂 I think that for me, having garage, closet space and a laundry room will be the things I'll be most excited about! Alpharetta, here we come!!!
