Beautiful home! Living in NY I cannot believe how reasonably priced it is. A home like this in a nice area would be well over a million dollars where I live.

In the city you’ll find million dollar condos...this home is actually almost an hour away from ATL so not an accurate representation of how much a home would cost in the city.

I’m loving this floor plan a lot! That first floor is near perfect. It had everything in the right place and in the right proportions. And the fact that it’s sitting on a finished basement, apparently a rarity in the South, is a major plus.
Finish basements or basements in general are very prevalent in Atlanta. I live near the ocean in coastal NC, so basements in my area are a no-no.

The whole floor plan is perfect! The owners retreat having its own floor is ideal just as the guest bedroom in the basement. I absolutely love this house! The accent walls are amazing.

I would never consider buying a house without the master being on the main floor but this here made me change my mind, this is is gorgeous and beautifully decorated! Wow..

Traffic pattern spot on.
Kitchen..no 90° cabinets.
Tasteful wall treatments.
Like the split level bedrooms.
Master bath was well appointed.
The little step into it was a bit wrong.
Like the lower bedroom placement.
Don't do wine bars. But the basement was well laid out.

I really like this floorplan. I always said my next house, the master will be on the main floor or a single story house but this split level plan isn't too bad. The house is absolutely beautiful.
Saw a Lennar built home a few years back in Charlotte like this with split levels. Well done and just right.

I love this floor plan the privacy of the guest bedroom tucked away like that; also, the master bedroom has a feel of being on it's on floor. The openness...I just LOVE IT.

I bought this home in Southern OH. I absolutely love it. My only regret is that I didn't buy it when this video was recorded. I would've saved so much money.

The powder room off the front entry, no direct access to the formal dining room from the kitchen and no tub in the owners suite are no no's for me.
There is that closet just next to the garage that could have been used for the powder room, closer access to the living room and kitchen. Who'd want to go so close to the front door, past the limited use formal dining room to use the toilet?
Also why do the other bedrooms get tubs and not the owners suite? Granted, the shower in the owners suite is MASSIVE and there could easily be a place for the tub to be installed. Granted I'm sure that the new shower would be fairly tiny, but isn't that what it is supposed to be like anyways?
The configuration of the master bath is an upgrade. It’s a luxury shower but you can get a standard tub and shower that’s separate. These model homes are usually $100k+ over the base price bc they feature just about every upgrade.
This is a very gorgeous home, I will be relocating the Atlanta, GA area in Oct. or Nov. and I will definitely be seeking a new home.

I do like how the master suite is set up. You dont have to go outside of the bedroom to get to the closet or master bath. Like the little reading nook. I can just do without the carpet. Nice house.

Roberto, many people are working from home now since Covid-19 and are therefore spending more time at home. So, if someone builds this floor plan and they don't have a need for a formal dining room, they could convert that space into a home office.

I love the floor plan but I would definitely change some of the finishes 😍
I'm always amazed a the affordability of these homes. I would say -- just my observation -- not a fan of some of these layouts. I think in some cases, it's best to leave things traditional. Closet off the bathroom just doesn't make sense to me -- If I'm a woman with expensive bags and shoes, why would I want to store them near a humid area? Also, there's not much countertop space/prep space in the kitchen. However, the finishes are beautiful, and I like that there's a finished walkout basement. I think all newer homes should have spaces for casual entertainment separate from the main level.
Usually the if a couple has two different work schedules it would make sense to give the closet in the bathroom to the person who wakes up first or who has to be at work first. This way, that person is not disturbing and waking up the other person who can sleep in a little longer before having to get up.
@@1smartivy so true. I'm military and I leave way earlier than my husband so I keep all my Army gear in the guest bedroom and use that closet and the bathroom in the front of the house on my 4 a.m. mornings
