This is one of the reasons I love being from Georgia the houses are amazing
I’ve always imagined my family, my brothers, sisters, mom and dad would live in a home like this. Shoot with how the economy is right now, more people are going to be moving back in with their parents/siblings/friends. I surely can’t afford to live on my own. People are asking for too much. All I want is to live in a decent home for once in my life 😞 It is such a beautiful home. I would turn the 2nd basement into a temporary home for the homeless. I would have cameras in the home so I can monitor activity in and out the house. They have to be home at a certain time so I can get sleep 😌 they wouldn’t pay for food or any services. All they have to do is make sure they keep the place clean for the time that they stay. Then when their week is over, the next person will be able to stay. Idk. I’ve always wanted to help the people without homes that are living in the streets. If I had the money I would have houses built for them. I guess I can only imagine ☹️

@@suziepoozie1799 before we bought our house a few years ago, we looked at a house that had those little sores but they were actually play areas for kids. our child was crying at the time and the realtor said let me show you something. she opened the little door that was in one child's room and told me to crawl through and I ended up in the room on the other child. it had carpet and everything

Yoo Toob, sometimes that is precisely why the shorter videos are made, to highlight just the best features of the home and not show the negatives. I think it is best to give the viewer or potential buyer as much information about the home with a detailed video tour, so at the end of the video, he or she can make an informed decision to see the home in person or not.

That is a beautiful home!! I love the 2 basements. The 2nd floor basement I would turn some of the space into a home gym and also it's a great space for dance or martial arts practice for the kids/teens. If not a home gym I'd use it as a home office.

Great Video! As a southerner living in New York, I always tell my colleagues how far your money goes in the south. I recently purchased a 2 bed condo in Brooklyn for 1.2 with no where near the amount the sqft as this home. Smh
Tony, you are correct. You can get a lot more square footage for your money in the south when compared to the northern states.

I'm in love with this home, I can truly see me and my future Queen living here.
Just beautiful! But not all that brown, so I would change that and the steps in the master bedroom. I would finish the second level part of the basement with a walk-in refrigerator and a walk-in freezer on one side for extra food storage, and have a big home gym and full bathroom.

I have been living in the South my entire life I moved out west about a year ago and the houses are dramatically different at first I was like wow these houses here in the West coast are so beautiful but then once you look at it it's just because of the hills and the mountains that they sit on at least here in San Diego anyway homes in Georgia Florida to be honest with you they serve their purpose they're much cheaper and just as nice anyway my whole thing is I love the architect of the houses down south and up north over here in the west they're beautiful homes but you kind of get over them unless they're obviously mega Mansions but homes like this which is a mansion don't get me wrong is what they call a mega Mansion here anyway I talk a lot lol I just wanted to say I wish you luck and selling houses You seem like a very knowledgeable and sweet person I hope you stay healthy and happy
