For a Million, I don’t want any carpet and the kitchen better have top of the line everything. This shit reminds me of an apartment that was built in 2014.
Nor should the bedroom, linen or any other closets in this home have wired shelving....strictly custom built. In addition, I need consistency in hardwood flooring throughout the home as well.
I think a lot of people don't understand the type of community this house is in. The homes are close to the street and one another, but the home itself is built up to maximize interior space. Definitely a niche home and subdivision. I like it.
I notice most ALANTA homes have just burners for stove top. I'm not a fan of it I rather have a full stove. Is it possible to reverse that. I think it would look so much better too me.
Over a million, don’t see a wow factor, why is there 2 closets side by side in that area. Small pantry , don’t think this house will be selling at that price point. Really what’s with the old carpet in the bedrooms, not even new. The flooring is different throughout the house. This house is a bust for me.

I don't know about anybody else, but the hall tree in the main bath seems out of place to me.

That is a full stove. 6 burners and or grill is extra and or an upgrade.
Houses are much too close to each other.
I always say ATL always packs their houses and townhomes in like Sardines.
