amazing, my pregnant wife and I laughed. She was mildly coughing from a tomato and she recovered, then I realized I didnt know how to give the maneuver and here we are. Great video
My coworker is preggers and was coughing at lunch. That's when I began to wonder how I'd give her the heimlich if she actually started choking. Helpful info... now wash the brides face! That rouge is a crime. 😆
This was the first video that popped up when YouTubing “Heimslich for pregnant women”… this would be problematic if it were an emergency.. thankfully it wasn’t in this case - something to consider
How would you do this on a pregnant women with large breasts? It seems like the breasts, and the join of a wired bra between them would make it difficult to do chest compressions.
I think that comes before you decide heimlich is needed. You normally encourage the person to cough out whatever it is, if it doesn't work, back blow, if that doesn't work, heimlich. That's what my nurse aunt & uncle do. But I'm not a medical professional, so if someone with better knowledge can verify, that would be awesome
