The thing is though...all those 2 other Dragon Warrior was sliced to half. While Larhalt and Popp body still intact. So even if they are revived....their body will be so screwed or sliced.
Larhart was dead after his fight with Hyunckel but later after he received baran blood.. he revived and came back to life like popp .. which means that Larhart has strong will as a warrior like popp and his loyalty for baran was more than galdandy and borahom .. also he was a noble warrior with honor that he deserves to come back .. that’s why he was the only one from Dragon riders that came back .
I also do like the part when Larhart slayed Borahan as punishment for taking an enemy as a hostage & it would bring shame to the Dragon Masters it's a disgraceful act & against for a human no less.
Larhart slept almost until the final battle and he was alive during that day one baran was alive and gave him his blood .. that’s why his hair has grown up taller because he was alive and sleep .
