***** I wish I could. In fact, there are OTHER themes in the series that I really wanted to include in this video, but sadly, I couldn't find those soundtracks anywhere. (And trying to record theme manually is impossible since there is also talking in those scene where those particular soundtracks played in the anime)
The only way is either through an *official* release of the entire soundtrack of this anime (which, again, is very unlikely since this is a very old anime) OR a complete *reboot* of the series with similar/updated versions of those soundtracks (which is the thing I dream of in the future if Dragon Quest can become more popular than it already is and make its way to the west permanently).

***** Yeah the Hunter x Hunter 2011 (which was a REBOOT of the HxH 1999 series) gives me hope that Dragon Quest HAS A CHANCE of a reboot assuming it gets more popular and people start requesting (or even go as far as to make a petition) for a remake/reboot of this particular anime.
Truly hope the above becomes a reality one day!

That 1st track is everything the memories start flowing back
I love the remake so far. The pacing is a lot faster, and I think they'll be covering the whole thing this time. The only downside is that Dai's power-ups just don't feel the same without the DQIII boss theme howling in the background.
The old soundtrack is a masterpiece

exactly, u can't just replace a master like Koichi Sugiyama, his music made the anime, just like the case of Seiji Yokoyama's music in Saint Seiya

La OST del Remake no se puede ni comparar, estas originales son infinitamente mejores en todos los aspectos🤩😍❤
Concuerdo totalmente, el OST que ponían cuando Barán se presenta y usa parte de su magnífico poder daba la sensación de no poder hacer nada para defenderte y terror más que nada, también las escenas cómicas de la original con el tío Matorif, la sangrada de nariz de Abán, por ejemplo se perdió toda la epicidad cuando Fly usa por primera vez el corte de Abán contra Freizzard, lo sentí algo plano en el remake
Lo que pasa es que para la versión retro estaba Koichi sugiyama el mismo que hizo la música de todos los Dragon Quest (juegos) esta música es un recopilatorio de la música de los primeros 4 juegos, cabe mencionar que Koichi siempre trabajo para que la música resaltará por si sola justo estas piezas tienen el honor de que fueron las primeras piezas de videojuegos en ser llevadas a orquesta con la filarmónica de Londres.
En 2020 el compositor no quiso trabajar en la serie y no quiso ceder los derechos ya que no le gustaba que alguien más arreglará su música (mamón) en fin.fallecio cuando la serie iba a la mitad y por eso el remake está muy genérico en cuanto a música, le quitó la ecensia, aún que entiendo la desición de siquiera intentar meter algo parecido.
This is the only thing that the remake is missing, this epic and magnificent OST

I watched Dragon Quest ("Fly, the Little Warrior" in Brazil) in my childhood. I LOVE THE RECAP THEME!!!

Claro que sim. praticamente 30 anos se passaram, aguardando o fim deste anime. só quem aguardou todo esse tempo pode ter na certeza do que significa ter um objetivo de vida completado. Espero que nunca mais ocorra outra briga entre Square Enix x Toei Animation. (Tenho quase certeza que o brigão dessa história é a Square Enix, pois até um remake fanmade de Chrono Trigger remastered todinho em 3D, eles mandaram uma carta judicial para cancelarem o projeto).

Totaly agree. Remake is good, but somehow, for all its technological advances, HD and VFX, it feels it lacks a bit of heart compared to the original.
Now, we're talking about late 80's early 90's anime which, in my book, was the era of the best animated shows ever made in mankind history (Saint Seiya, Dragon Ball, City Hunter, Sailor Moon, Ranma 1/2, etc...)
And goddamn, that OG intro music was SO good !!!!

Great anime amd manga, finally TOEI has made the remake, i love the new adaptation because has a good quality. Maybe the only problem are the new OST, they sound original and fit with the new anime but the original OST of the first adaptation it's an instant classic.
Well it's a remake and there is a gap of pretty much 30 years so of course those classics are in their time but still i like the new ones yuki hayashi is making some bangers

I really really hope that Toei is fighting to acquire the rights of the OST and that they introduce them later if not I'm gonna be pissed. Personally I think that without this the series loses a lot of its charm.

I watched this when I was a kid in morocco when my dad worked there at the embassy, lucky me I lived in the country and watched this anime in in the early 90s this didnt come till late 2000s in the US in English sub.
Wouldn't it be great if Square Enix made a Dragon Quest game based on this anime with all the music as well? I'd love that so much!

From 7:00 minutes the great music starts. I like it very much.
I wonder why this has not been adapted since the last adaptation, been waiting so long to see the finale in an animated version.
Lately we been getting remakes/new stuff from old animes like, saint seiya, sailor moon, dragon ball, digimon and some others.. why not bring back this masterpiece too? :/
Yeah, especially with the resurgence of Dragon Quest games in the west lately. I think this particular anime (along with a proper Action RPG game like Tales of Vesperia or even a 2D/3D Fighting game in the vein of Dragon Ball Z games to go with it) would be EPIC and make huge success in the west IMO. :\

les recomiendo el manga...
se muy bien a lo que te refieres, incluyendo al poderoso ryumajin por primera vez. Qué pedazo de manga!! no le pide nada a Dragon Ball. (Tercera vez viendo el manga 2017)
Yo tambien recomiendo el manga es muy dificil conseguirlo donde vivo un chavo me lo gano en mi tiende de comics y manga y pues a seguir esperando todo el set completo.
Lo bueno es que ya veremos la nueva versión para este 2020; también quiero ver la batalla de Pop contra la cofradía del Dragón y todo lo que faltó en el manga.

Welcome! And to answer your question, no, I don't because it wasn't released in "English" in the west, so I honestly don't know.
