you didnt finish installing the qad..what about the drop cord? that is very important!!
I may have missed something but your first measurement was 3/4” and you moved it to the right, then it was 13/16”. How did it get larger when you decreased distance by moving it right?
This was supposed to be installing the rest. You failed at that.
