I know this work is a total pain in the ass and not much fun, but I’m so glad you are doing it. One we get to learn from your pain, but more importantly this transporter gets a new lease on life. Another one saved is always awesome! Thanks for sharing.
Great editing of what took hours and persistence to do. It does take untold hours, but it is only time, and time is really nothing. Right? We viewers appreciate your skills.
You know the bolts in the bed are NOT to hold it down. They are for the canvas tilt frame. Each end of the a hoop has two bolts to hold it down. 🙂. I have a ‘62 that needs a new bed floor. I think using an air chisel after drilling the spot welds will work better than prying. Thanks for showing the way. Much appreciated!
@@ocavant I strongly advise not doing it the way I did it unless you know you going to replace the crossmembers. Prying the spot welds instead of drilling them distorts the crossmembers severely. Take the time to locate and drill the spot welds. I, very obviously, couldn’t be bothered to do so 😂
Young dude, I did mention this last time. DEMOP garage on Y.T. ripped apart and I mean RIPPED a single cab down to 2 chassis rails. You may get some ideas from his channel that could help, even if it is just seeing a bare bones SC and how it is constructed. I feel for you.
This is all royalty free music so they may be difficult to find. In order of appearance - Louis Adrien - On The Run Bob Hart - Chartreux Noir Nick Poss - Ace High Tony Petersen - Smokey Mountain Blue Frank Bentley - Get Dangerous Bob Hart - Paw Prints
@ funny thing is, I catch myself doing the same thing. Your brain is further ahead than where you are at the moment and you forget about a minor detail like that. Happens to the best of us. Good to see the progress 🤙

I’m having a ton of fun! Just wish I could get to the point of adding new metal instead of constantly removing it 😂
Love the BOM reference - put the kettle on!
the funny thing is that panel behind the gas tank is the only panel that was not rusted out on my SC.
Hi Taylor, you should rename her to "Sparky" instead of Gloria 😉 It was a good choice not to use the donated sheet metal. Keep up the good work!
Cool vehicle! Nice work.

Don’t forget the Nova Scotia Barndoor channel. He is doing the same thing and is a wealth of knowledge
It’s not charging because you took the gen. Belt off😂😂😂
I realized this when I was editing 😂 gimme a break, my brain is mush
be sure to finish and paint EVERYTHING on the underneath before you weld on the bed tops or you will never get in there to do it later.
Taylor, is going down the rabbit hole on the single cab.😬
Great video 📹 👍 👏 👌
Excellent musical choice,
Hey thanks! I remember thinking while I putting it together “I wonder if people think my music choices are boring. Maybe I should ask?”
@@wickedwerks who are the musicians.
