What you did was a Quick Open Reverse, reverse Pivot to a Cross Chasse not a Zig Zag! A Zig Zag is an underturned Telemark usually followed by a Back Lock and Running Finish starting with the lady OSP.
I agree on that. Physically, a Roly Poly would be a Zig Zag.
