I'm Aboriginal Australian. I support my BLK American brothers and sisters. European males enslaved, colonized and subjugated our people for over three generations! European men tried to breed the melanin out of our skin! I respect you for speaking out for the oppressed people globally, much love man!!!!
This video has given me MORE CONFIRMATION that I am not going crazy about my stance with working in the "rat race". I am a 30-year-old single woman, been working hard since I was able to work. I've made the decision that I WANT OUT, the main stressor in my life is indeed my job, it has been affecting me holistically. I've made the decision to shift to part-time (though, my employer wanted to offer me more pay, I declined) times are already hard but thankfully it's me I am only responsible for, and I am working to budget better. The less hours will also provide me the opportunity to use that time to pursue my trading journey. If I'm going to go through hell at a job, I would rather go through hell working towards my goal that I know will pay off in due time. Great points and conversation bros. Shalom
This conversation is filled with some much needed insights 👑👑

"Look how you look when you started the job, look at how you look now." 🔥 🔥
"All relationships need nurturing." 🔥 🔥
Having to be available and or do assignments outside of normal work hours are a key proponent of bad stress.
We must have boundaries & deal breakers! Tea h then hiw to treat you. Make them need you. Increase your skill set. Aim to be the best. Do not react and or respond; have plans, keep them & remind yourself of them during the rough rocky times. Swim with tide NOT against it.
This video is a gem. This the one for the people. They need to hear this
Great conversation.
Being stressed out, overworked and frustrated shows up in all relationships. It destroys your health, mental and physical condition.
Beautiful explanation of the importance of balance.
Great topic!✌🏾💚☀️
This is true in so many ways, my sister's job she works remotely, her manager keep hard on them, they have to check in every 2hrs and if they don't, the manager/supervisor demands what they were doing for the 5-10 mins they didnt check in. It is insane. I worked at a space where all the supervisors were very stressed and always on edge, i couldn't do it anymore had to free myself.
the problem is that a lot of young people are being given jobs and responsibilities that they do not have the experience, qualification and competence to do. So they spend so much time including their personal time trying to get it done.
😂😂😂 bring that man a bucket hat!
So many gems ✨✨✨

No time for your man or woman. 🔥 🔥
Relationships require , time and attention. You can't expect a flower to grow with no nutrients, no water, no sunlight and no positioning for growth.
