Thank god that her daughter of Irène Némirovsky found the documenteries of her mother and published one of the BEST Books about WW2 and i ve read a view but this one even got me into tears ( which is very hard! 😂) Read the Book guys its soooooo intense it had me for 2 weeks in its grip! I read it in French, German& English! I had to order it in diffrend languages and in diffrent languages it commes off every time diffrent every time even more intense!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤ Love from Europe let us be united that THiS Horror never will happen again! There is a series of photos in Google in which there is specially one where his lower jaw and Mr.Courtney's are very similar. The two stuck their teeth outwards. In the case of Mr. Courtney this becomes more significant when he is deep in thpught or when he has an attitude of anger or even when he kisses . What an extraordinary coincidence !!!!!!!!
Me too! I watched this last week and it was so beautiful. But i wish they'd shown abit more of what happened after with the two characters...did Brandt survive the war and come to London and marry Mieka? Did he die and never know he was a father....? I wish they'd shown more ☹️
