HIND(TRUTH)+U (YOH) =HINDU ; A PERSON WHO FOLLOWS TRUTH IN THOUGHT SPEECH & ACTION
ARE YOU DOING THAT ? OTHERWISE THE VERY WORD "PROUD" ITSELF IS AN OXIMORN BECAUSE BEING HINDU SHOULD MAKE YOU HUMBLE NOT PROUD

    • @DIYAlready
      @DIYAlready 10 лет назад +12

skylark304 You don't need to use capital letters if you actually have a point because if you did then the point would be clear and there would be no need to make your written words appear more prominent than what others have written. The reason you feel the need to be so loud and proud - yes, proud, of your rants is because you don't actually understand what you're preaching. I am proud of being a Hindu. If it bothers you, I'm pretty sure it's your problem.

mahesh bisht As a Hindu, I believe in Karma. So while you may think it is purely an accident, I think of other things. In any case, it isn't like I need your validation to feel proud about my heritage or culture. Keep trolling elsewhere.

One of the greatest contributions of India to the world is Holy Gita
which is considered to be one of the first revelations from God. The
spiritual philosophy and management lessons in this holy book were
brought in to light of the world by many great Indian saints
and Swamijy call the Bhagavad-Gita the essence of Vedic Literature and a
complete guide to practical life. Through the centuries, the sublime
and ennobling counsel of the Bhagavad Gita has endeared it to
truth-seekers of East & west alike. I am proud to say He has changed the bad life style of may hippies
and given a new and decent life in America we can surely say that he saved many younger generations.
It provides "all that is needed to raise the consciousness of man to
the highest possible level" and Self improvement which means self
guided improvement in physical, mental, social, spiritual and emotion.
Its gospel of devotion to duty, without
attachment or desire of reward, has shown the way of life for all men,
    rich or poor,
learned or ignorant, who have sought for light in the dark problems of
life. Energy exists in all human beings to fulfil the purpose of the
aim of the life. We expect energy to get task done. Maharishi reveals
the deep, universal truths of life that speak to the needs and
aspirations of everyone. If you look at uourself carefully, you will
see that one always carries in oneself the virtue. You have a special
aim, a special aim, a special mission, a special realisation which is
your very own, each one individually, & you carry in yourself all the
obstacles necessary to make your realisation perfect. Always you will
see that within you the shadow & the light are equal: you have an
ability, you have also the negation of this ability. But if you
discover a very black hole, a thick shadow, be sure there is somewhere
in you a great light. It is up to you to know how to use the one to
eralise the other. Evil is simply holding one's vision on one small
angle: tham one says, ''It is evil'', but if one sees the entire path.
In a total consciousness, obviously there is on evilo. There are
    neither contraries nor contradictions.
Their followers in their establishment are continuing the mission by
keeping this lantern burning always knowing the wishes of the modern
generations. He says the importance of spiritual and
ethical values for corporate and personal success.Swamiji interprets
the Indian philosophy, religion and culture for modern day managers so
that they may attain excellence in whatever work they are engages. In
the Bhagavad Gita Krishna says: "Change your attitude toward work.
When you change your attitude (not geared toward rewards) and continue
to do your work, you are able to unfold your inner potential and that
is freedom and that is happiness all of us are seeking. Otherwise we
come to a state where we are just for the gross rewards". Swami
Vivekananda said that system of education should aim at character
building, achieving strength of mind, expansion of intellect and then
only one can stand one’s own feet. Those people can bring a lasting
and transformative effect and will be assets of their family, society
    and nation.
Arjuna got mentally depressed when he saw his relatives with whom he has to
fight. (Mental health has become a major international public health
concern now). To motivate him the Bhagavad-Gita is preached in the
battle field Kurukshetra by Lord Krishna to Arjuna as counseling to do
his duty while multitudes of men stood by waiting. Arjuna face the
problem of conflict between emotions and intellect. In almost all of
the cases, emotions win. Gita teaches Honesty, Sincerity, and Truthfulness
etc. Gita also shows how Challenge as an opportunity to find the way
to success, it only depends on you, you are your own alchemist. It
teaches the art and the science of educating oneself in the manner of
correctly perceiving the world as such, including one’s own self in
the totality of relations, so that no partial vision of things can be
regarded as a passport to the concept of the Absolute. Mostly - or
always, I may say - our perceptions are partial. They are limited to
certain conditions. It is a condition related to a marketplace or a
railway station or a bus stand or an office or a factory or a house.
These are the things that limit our thoughts - but we do not rise
above the apparent outwardness of these conditions, or go inside to
the relationship of these things to other things.

The All incarnates its supreme conciousness in many forms through time to bring the message of Love to the people in a way they are prepared to accept it. Though through time the words may be altered, even ever so slightly, by the hands of our earthly form and ego. The message of Love endures. Be love, project love as your being and you will surely find The All. Because you are love, you are the all and the all is you. Peace and love to every being. Just observations from the heart of this vessel. :)

Praise Allah. I enjoyed the lecture. Excellent breakdown. It's nice to get a different angle of the 1st chapter as people tend to get caught the literal translation of the Gita. The fight 1st starts in the mind, then carried out on the physical plane of existence. 'As above, so below'. HARI BOL/ISLAMISM/PEACE...

Mysterious God is everywhere - it is illogical to say God would tell people to face kaba to be in touch with Her / Him. One can pray to Bhagavan, God, Allah, Jehovah in a church or a synagogue or a mosque or in the cafe when sipping coffee or anywhere else in the world and God will listen for She / He is merciful, Caring and kind.
The Kingdom of Heaven we talk about is the Country on Earth in which all people can live in harmony and ancient religions do not come into this as ancient books are outdated for our modern times. The ancient books were written for times past and not for our times of today with mixed cultures. The Kingdom of Heaven is likely to be the UK for here no religion is given prominence but its citizens are. Believing a Kingdom of Heaven exists somewhere else is a misconception which does not undersatnd the Harmony of Nations.
Mohammed was a social reformer and an intelligent person. He by himself with his cabinet were quite capable of drafting the text of the Quran. He used the ideas coming from the Sumeria to Greeks to Buddha to Moses and Jesus. This is very common in human societies even at the times of the learned Greeks and Romans who lived many years before Mohammed.
In like manner there is evidence to show that Jesus borrowed his ideas from Buddha on peace and tolerance.
And there is evidence based on his upbringing as a prince in Egypt that Moses with his cabinet was more than capable of writing the Torah by himself.
Buddha who wrote sensible laws as good as the laws in the Torah, Bible and the Quran never said god gave him the message - reflections on life did.
We must not forget the massive works on social living - the Bhagavad Gita which has many vies on living and existence was revealed in far distant India. The beautiful and intellectual thoughts in this beautiful poetical work is more ancient than the three above works and the above three wise men did not know of its existence. If god existed She / He would have made this known to Moses, Mohammed and Jesus,
Mary, Mohammed, Parvati, Jesus, Fatima, Buddha, Mata Sulakhni, Baha'u'llah, Yashodhara, Guru Nanak, Zipporah, Krishna, Asiyih Khanum coming to Earth today Together would sob aloud and cry profusely to see that their texts of ancient times were being followed blindly in 2016 thereby creating all the unrest among communities. They would feel sad that Hindus, Jews, Muslims, others still bear grudges and are unable to follow the finer advices of their messages on human harmonious living in a new world so unlike theirs of ancient times. Their unending tears would fill buckets-full in five minutes - such would be their sadness over mankind living rigidly bordering near madness today.
In the modern world we need to modernise all ancient texts including the three stated above to provide new guidance for living together in unity with understanding and all the ancient wise reformers would agree with this - they never wanted communities to stagnate and never imagined going forward to hear debates that the Jews were better than the Muslims or the Muslims better than the Hindus and so on - unthinkable by any wise reformer which Moses, Jesus , Mohammed, Guru Nanak were.

very opening that you do not have to believe in God to follow Gita is nothing but atheism. Krishna repeatedly says that I am Supreme Lord and I and control the creation etc. And He has clearly declared that do not preach this Valuable science to those who do not believe in God and His devotees, Acharyas, Swamijis. etc. Its opposing to the teaching of Gita. In 16 th chapter He has reiterated that those who do not believe in Godly things are demons.

+Yoga Guru I am afraid you have misinterpreted the essence of the Gita. I am sad that you waste time talking about it rather than making sure that you made enough attempts to analyze and understand it perfectly.
What is coming in your way of attaining the truth??

+Shamsir-e Hind I am afraid that YOU have misinterpreted the essnce of Gita, my friend. You believe what YOU want to believe, but the Gita says you must gain knowledge and try to understand the truth from a self-realisd spiritual master who is a servant (a representative) of God. God is the Supreme person - God IS A PERSON, and He is completely transcendental to this temporary material creation (including billions and trillions of material universes which He has created).
You WILL have wasted your entire life if you do not try to understand this.

Words are a tricky business. Doesn't it depend on what is meant by G-D? It can mean anything from a material effigy that is worshiped, a supernatural being or the unknowable creative principle. In all cases these are but clumsy attempts at trying to define the unknowable. The great Jewish Sage Maimonedes put it well when he said, "We can only say what G-D isn't. Is a man who has faith in an unknowable by definition an atheist? I believe in the Jewish G-D of the Torah. Doesn't that make me an atheist according to Hinduism, Christianity and a whole host of other belief systems? Or would it be better to say that they are all pointing us in the same direction? Shalom

What Is Hinduism and Secret of Vedas.:-
Hinduism, the world's oldest known Dharma, it's is not like an organized religion like Christianity or Islam. It has no founder no Pope no hierarchy and even no Name. Hinduism is not a religion & it's actually called as Sanatan Dharma, Sanatan means Ancient, you will understand what is Dharma later here in this article. The word 'Religion' is not synonym for word Dharma, Religion is synonym for word 'Mazhab' which is an urdu language word, So Quran & Bible can be said Religious books or Mazhabi Kitab (books) but they cannot be said as Adhyatmik or Dharmik Books/Granth,
The word Hindu is not mentioned anywhere in any Spiritual books of Sanatan Dharma, It was Persians who used to call Hindus to the people living across the the river Sindhu (Indus River), initially they called them Sindhu's & later it became Hindu's due to pronunciation issue with Persians, So according to this either it's people of India, Pakistan, Afghanistan or Bangladesh are all Hindu's irrespective of whatsoever religion they belong to, or they belongs either it's Christianity or Islam doesn’t matter. Other Sections like Jainism, Sikhism & Budhism are all branches of one Sanatan Dharma.
Now to understand Hinduism it is first & foremost important to understand few terms used in Hinduism like:- Dharma (Duty), Bagwan (Physical manifestation of God), Jeevatma (Soul), Atma (Soul), Parmatma (Formless God), Devta (Male Deity), Devi (Female Deity), Adhyatma (Spirituality) and Ahenkaar (Ego).
All these terms are all Sanskrit words which actually has no translating words in any of the other languages in the world, so here i will still try to use best suited words which could make you to grasp the actual meaning of these words as much as possible.
Adhyatma: is a branch which deals with the study of Atma & Parmatma, many people use word Spirituality as a Synonym for Adhyatma which is not right actually, but this is not completely wrong also, we have few words like Dharma, Adhyatma, Ahenkaar, Manushya etc etc for which we sometimes have to use some English words who have meanings quit or almost near to these Sanskrit words to make people understand their meanings to some extent.
Atma & Parmatma: both are same things according to Vedanta but still at many places in vedas or upanishads Atma is also called Soul, Parmatma is the supreme being i.e God, to clearly understand the relation between atma & parmatma assume a bucket filled with water in which you are able to view the shadow of night moon, now that bucket is a body & shadow of moon visible inside is an Atma of that body and the Real moon which is visible outside in the sky is like Paramatma i.e God.
Parmatma according to vedas is actually Param Tatva i.e Super Element or Ultimate Element, here Tatva is again Sanskrit words which means an Element. you will later understand what it is in this article.
Jeevatma : you can assume it like a small body (of size near 2-4cm) inside physical body or you can say it's a bundle of 5 Senses, Intelligence, Sanskars, Karma's, Atma, 7 chakras (7 Shocker Points - see youtube on this), Prarabdah (something like fortune or which makes or decides future events for every being, it gets created by Karma i.e deeds which person does) and 5 kosha's (you can assume kosha's like three sections or layers inside earth like Core, Crust & Mental, similarly there are 5 kosha's in every living being, 1st is Annamaya Kosh, 2nd Pranamaya Kosh, 3rd Manonaya Kosh , 4th Vigyanmaya Kosh, 5th Aanandmaya Kosh).
Ahankaar: It's the belief inside every human mind that "I am a human being or a structural body or a mind or intelligence" or in short "I am anything else but not Atma or Soul", due to Ahankaar person believes all the Karma's i.e deeds which is done either by his mind, intelligence or body is actually done by him. It is this Ahankaar which is the barrier between every human being and his Salivation or Nirvana. Root or reason of Ahankaar is agyan (Non-cognizance or Ignorance or Paucity of knowledge or lack of knowledge), So the person who has Ahankar is also called Agyani i.e One who is not learned, and person who has learned is called Gyani.
Dharma: As we know Hinduism has no name & followers of this Dharma calls it Sanatan Dharma, word "Sanatan" means Ancient or oldest and the word "Dharma" means the duties i.e for example duty of a person being a human being, being father, mother, brother, soldier, doctor, minister or a duty being a citizen of a nation, Social duties or duty which lord Krishna taught to Arjuna when he refused to fight in Mahabharta. Which means any person who is fulfilling his duties in this world belongs to Sanatan Dharma irrespective of his beliefs i.e either he believes in hindu God or some other religion or God. There can be many duties of a person for Eg:- duty of self-protection, humanity (manav dharma), duty being a son or daughter or brother or sister, duty being a citizen, duty towards society, duty towards person's own family etc etc. Here we must also understand that word "duty" is not enough or fully capable to explain vast and indepth meaning of word Dharma. Dharma is personal for every individual & that individual is free to decide for himself & choose among his duties at any point of time. The only thing which is mandatory is whatever dharma you chose you must chose on the basis of Manav Dharma i.e Humanity & Ahinsa Parmodharma (Non Voilence, which is considered as biggest Dharma in Hinduism which everyone must follow).
Remember religions are invented but dharma is not invented, Dharma is the fundamental principle working behind this universe, even all atomic and subatomic particles are preset to follow their dharma's (at the time of creation) which makeup's their behavior, if any single particle in this entire universe even deviates just 0.1% of it's Dharma just for a 1 millioneath of second it's behavior will be replicated to all the other particles in entire universe and everything will get fragmented or destroyed or finished within that second. Dharma is eternal it begins with creation and ends with the creation. Dharma is a fundamental principle that works behind every existence from bottom (extreme below quantum level) to top (celestial or universal) levels of this entire creation.
Now, as i can hope that you many have understood the basic terms used in Sanatan Dharma, I think i can now safely proceed towards explaining the core beliefs of Sanatan Dharma.
As Hinduism is not a religion it's Dharma, there is no process or way available or mentioned anywhere in any Spiritual books to get converted to Sanatan Dharma. All human beings on this earth naturally belongs to Sanatan Dharma by birth & remains under the laws of Sanatan Dharm even after death till they get Salivation or become Self-Realized, whether any person believes in Hinduism, Paramatma, Bagwan's, Deities or not, whether any person go to the Hindu temple or not, whether any person gets cremated after death or is buried, whether person believes in some other religion doesn't matter in any way. It's not possible to convert Dharma, like it's not possible to convert duties of mother to duties of father, it can be possible that mother can also give love & affection to her child on behalf of child's father, but doing that also, she is fulfilling the Dharma of a Mother. Also in Sanatan Dharma there is neither any condition like if you didn't accepted to become Hindu you will be burned in hellfire or will get punished, In Sanatan Dharma, Paramatma i.e God does not put any kind of any restrictions or put force on individual to believe Him or worship Him, a Hindu i.e a follower of Sanatan Dharma can live his entire life without worshiping Paramatma and can still go to heaven & also can become eligible for getting equal love, respect & benefits in heaven or any other Galaxies wherever person will be taken after death. But yes there is an eligibility for heaven (also called Swargloka in Sanskrit), the eligibility is the person must have honestly given his best to fulfill his/her duties(Dharma), How much person succeeded or failed in fulfilling his duties does not matter, what matters is how much person remained honest & served to society, nation, humanity, his family, friends, needy. It's only the deeds & intensions behind those deeds what matters not individuals beliefs. Any person in this world even a person like Osama-bin-laden if has done any single thing good for humanity can go to heaven. there is another side of this i.e the person who goes to heaven or hell does not stay there as permanent, the time depends on the quantity of good deeds person has done on earth (also called Karma Bhumi i.e land of deeds). Time function in those Galaxies can be understood with this example that near 10 years on earth is equal to 1 day on heaven, for some galaxies it's 100 earth years = 1 day, and person who goes to heaven stays there for many years even for few good deeds done on earth, same is also true in case of Hell. After finishing their time in those Galaxies those souls are again sent on earth for rebirth, Same process continues again and again and again...endlessly till the person gets Self Realized or Moksha, you will understand this later here in this article.
    Relation between Religion and Dharma:
Word "Dharma" is a Sanskrit word which has no similar word in any other languages present in any language in this world, So it's meaning must not be misunderstood as Religion. Religion is man-made invention & can get created after any human being who claims to be a messenger or prophet of God, Religion can give commands & put conditions for religious conversion for going to heaven. For example Quran gives commands like "Do Jihaad" and if you are a true follower you have to execute that command, Quran commands drinkers and gamblers should be whipped, If married women found sleeping with other men must be stoned to death etc etc , these are commands that are compulsory for a follower to execute. on the contrary this Dharma only suggests not force, and allows person to use you’re his/her own intelligence own thought process to decide in what circumstances how a person should do his duties. it doesn't scare you any Hell fire. Dharma leaves on you to decide what is best for you and the entire humanity and leaves you independent to choose your Dharma at any particular time or circumstances.
    What is Adhyatma i.e Sprituality?
Adhyatma gives you the answer of all the fundamental questions of universe. Adhyatma helps you to understand What & Who are you! , It helps you to know & understand that you are not mind or body or made up of any blood, bones & muscles i.e in short you are not creation or even a part of creation. It's Adhyatma which helps you to understand this world is nothing more than a dream and you are the only viewer present here who is viewing this dream and is also present everywhere in different forms, Parmatma according Vedas, In Yajurveda it has mentioned in [Yajurveda 32:3]
    "ekam sat vipraa bahudhaa vadanti
    agnim yamam matariswanam"
It's actually HE who manifested here in different forms (present in this universe), i.e everything either it's human beings, animals, birds, non living things anything either visible or invisible is a physical manifestation of that one Param Tatva i.e Parmatma (God). Whatever materialistic world you are experiencing is actually made up of virtual particles thus is virtual & does not exists at all, To explain you scientifically, you know that there are so many particles and antiparticles which together makeup this universe , none of them are solid (Generally we use this term when we consider elements) , initially physicists used to believe that all particles or atoms are solid but later this was revealed that neither atoms nor any sub-atomic particles are solid i.e they appear to be solid but were not, So that mean EVERYTHING which we thought was real suddenly became VIRTUAL because everything was made of those virtual particles, that means all matter, compound, elements all are virtual and thus actually in reality does not exist at all, That also means our human bodies which are also made up of those virtual particles are also virtual and thus does not exist in reality. Vedas & Upanishads in Hinduism mentions this virtual reality as MAYA (MA => Something which appears as solid, dense & real, YA=> but is not) , this secret revelation by Vedas were which was initially rejected & not believed in 18th century by western physicists was later accepted with great shock & since then they started carrying deep analysis & researches on these Vedic literature's in Sanatan Dharma.
How many Gods are in Sanatan Dharma?
There is only one Parmatma (God) who is formless and has no structure present which can appear like Him due to His Infityness which makes Him Shapeless (without any edges and dimensions), and it's the Parmatma who has appeared in all the forms here in this universe, Everything we see or experience in this materialistic world is nothing but the physical manifestations of that one Param Tatva (Super Element i.e God), When Vedas say Parmatma you must understand who is Parmatma according to Vedas, According to Chandogya Upanishad it's Parmatma from whom all the vibrating sub-atomic (Anu-Parmanu) particles are getting self created, It's He who is present in the base or root of all virtual particles present either at quantum level or even below quantum level in universe, Vedas call it TATVA (the Element) or Param-Tatva (the Super Element) or Parmatma (God), So It's actually this Tatva (Element) which is present here in all the forms we see or feel in this universe. Except this Tatva everything which we feel or experience in this materialistic universe whether it's humans, animals, birds, woods, water, air, light, gravity, space or this entire universe is Virtual thus does not exist in reality, this is the concept of Maya in Vedanta (Upanishads),Word Maya means "Something which appears to be solid & real But Is Not!!". Vedas also call this Element as OM because according to Vedas OM is the sound vibrations of this Tatva (i.e Paramatma) & OM is the sound of this universe i.e creation, This entire universe is the result of sound vibrations of OMM.. ,
You can deeply understand it by studying the science of Cymatics. Vedas also call Him, Braman which is like a characteristic name of this Element because it's collectively infinitely big, due to this property He is Omnipresent also.
So now you know Hindus in real actually believe in one God and this one God is completely different and scientific if as compared to any God mentioned in any other holy books like Quran or Bible etc.
Now you must be thinking then why Hindus have so many Deities like Deity of fire, water, air etc etc or Why Hindu's worship Bagwan's like lord Shiva & Vishnu if they have only one formless God?
To understand this you must understand few terms here,
The Bagwan is Self-Realized physical form or Self-Realized physical manifestation of Parmatma, The only difference is the word Parmatma is used for formless infinite & omnipresent God and word Bagwan is used for it's Self-Realized physical manifestation who is not infinite not omnipresent and has a form.
So Does that also means every human being is also God?
Answer is Yes It's True and Hindu's know this fact, You may be thinking then why don't Hindu's start worshiping every human being because everyone is God?? The only difference between any human being and Bagwan is that Human being are not Self-Realized i.e they don't know that they are God the Creator, they have Ahenkaar which makes them to think they are humans who has a physical body with several limitations & who tooks birth and dies. On the other hand Bagwan is Self-Realized entity due to which He has direct access to all His powers, which make Him omnipotent & Omniscient and has complete control over Creation, Preservation & Destruction of this universe. Other deities have also got some spiritual powers given to them by lord Bramha at the time of their birth or many of them have attained powers by penance. There are near 33 crore Deities created by lord Bhrama who lives in different Galaxies like Devloka, Gandharvaloka, Gauloka, Swargloka etc etc, the Galaxy in which we live is called Prithviloka. So we can assume these deities as Aliens with some super natural powers. Job of these deities is to manage all the elements (Not Super Element, talking here about elements made of of atoms i.e virtual elements) present in this universe. All deities reports to the deity Indra, who is like manager of all the deities, Indra himself reports to lord Bramha. All their jobs are conducted at microscopic levels in this universe, thus it's hard to observe for a normal person with no scientific knowledge.
So we can say Creation & Parmatma both are one and thus in reality noting is actually created nothing is being preserved and nothing gets destroyed, whatever we experience as creation here is nothing but Parmatma itself. So in short Universe and all of us are reflecting the illusion of reality, and so nothing exists in reality except Parmatma here. You can also understand this by assuming this universe as a dream which is created by your Sub-Conscious mind & in which you present in many forms and whatever you experience in your dream appears to you as real, but when you get awakened or you become enlightened i.e you Realize your real identity then you understand that there was nothing but only you present everywhere in all different forms. It was you who was behaving like a thief, it was you who was behaving like a police man, it was you who was coming Sin and it was you who was who was giving punishments. After reaching to ultimate state of mind or consciousness you fell your mind free from any kind of anger, lust, greed, attachments and Ahenkaar. You mind reaches to the level of ultimate peace, after reaching this state there is nothing left for person to achieve or to know, He himself becomes the knower of everything and gains all His powers. In short that Self-Realized person become God or Paramatma or Bagwan or Everything.

Now you may be thinking how can one become Self-Realized or attain Moksha (Nirvana)?
Well Swami Vishnu-devananda said "The truth is one but the paths are many".
To better understand the concept you can picture a mountain with a summit. The peak of the mountain represents the spiritual goal, moksha. Now imagine there are four people standing on each side of the mountain. To reach the summit, the same destination, each person has to walk a different direction. Likewise, each of us symbolically stands at a different space, spiritually speaking, according to our temperament and personality, so each of us needs to take a customized path to the top.
From the explanation above, it is easily understood that, truly, there are as many paths as there are people. Practically though, there are a few hundreds of yogas, or practices which are categorized into the four main paths. These paths are:
    1) Gyana Yoga
The path of wisdom and knowledge. The Gyani uses his will and power of discrimination to cut through the veil of ignorance and attain the truth. For the Gyani, the goal is absolute Truth. Gyana Yoga appeals to the philosophical and intellectual temperament.
    2) Bhakti Yoga
The path of love and devotion. The bhakta uses the combined energies of all emotions and transmutes them, sublimates them into the highest of all emotions. Prem (love) is pure, conditionless & divine . For the bhakta (devotee), the goal is pure love. It includes the external and symbolic worship of the Bagwan using His murti (Satue), other practices such as pilgrimage and the sophisticated processes of inner development. Bhakti Yoga appeals to the emotional temperament.
    3) Raja Yoga
The path of self control and self mastery. The raja yogi controls his mind until it becomes perfectly still at which time there is no more wall between himself and his own divine nature. The main practice in Raja Yoga is meditation. For the raja yogi, the goal is perfect mind control. Raja Yoga appeals to the mystical and scientific temperament. Among the additional hundred yoga's out there, two more stand out as particularly important:
    a) Kundalini Yoga
Derived from the tantric tradition this yoga aims at purifying the physical and psychic systems, and then awakening the cosmic power residing in the muladhara chakra (1st Shocker point) at the base of the spine.
Upon awakening and raising of this spiritual power it unites with the consciousness center in the crown of the head and thereby grants liberation to the spiritual aspirant and practitioner of Kundalini Yoga .
    b) Hatha Yoga
Sometimes called the physical aspect of yoga it works mostly on the psychic level. Besides its innumerable medical benefits, hatha yoga is essential support to both raja yoga and kundalini yoga.
    4) Karma Yoga
The path of selfless service. For the karma yogi, the main problem is our inherent selfishness which is based on spiritual ignorance, lack of knowledge. The key is to practice selfless actions without any selfish expectations, and thereby opening one's heart and seeing God in all beings. For the karma yogi, the goal is complete selflessness. Karma Yoga appeals to the active temperament.
Is There any Castesm In Sanatan Dharma (Hinduism):
Many people have misconception about Sanatan Dharma that it has provision for Castism which is not right. there is no castism in Sanatan Dharma, There is provision for Varna's (class) in which people were classified into four classes with relation to their aptitude and vocation. Four orders of society were recognized based upon the four duties of human beings and established society accordingly. It's completely upto person what varna he/she wants to choose and live life according to that, Varna has two meanings, first it means "Color" and second it means a "Veil", As color it does not refer to the color of the skin of people, but to the qualities or energies of human nature. As a veil or class it shows the four different ways in which the Divine Self is hidden in human beings. Varna is not made to discriminate but to assimilate in a way to support the organized behavior of society or country by assigning social/cultural/individual duties i.e Dharma accordingly. In ancient India, these divisions were not based on birth but based on Qualifications & Skills or you can say Varna of any person depends on what skills & qualities person has & the way he contributes to society for his own living. There are four Varna's in Sanatan Dharma :- Bhramin, Khatriya, Vaishye and Kshudra. If any person who is doing business i.e has got business skills, that person belongs to the Vashye Varna.
Any person who is a warier or serving in defense or security of the nation or is soldier in army or anywhere working or contributing in defense he is Kshatriye,
A person who is knowledgeable and spread education in society through teachings or a person who can also be supreme advisor of the king who assists king to take right decisions, who is brain behind societies welfare and growth belongs to the Bhramin Varna. Bramins are also seen as the deity of the earth. A persons who may be laborer's or service providers, mostly workers in any factory or company, or in short person who most of the time executes or follows the orders of Kshatriya or Vaishya or Brahmin's belongs to the Kshudra Varna.
In Hinduism varna is not assigned on the basis of Birth, Dynasty or Last Name, Any person can change his Varna by changing his work and skills like doctor can also become an actor or an merchant.. all 4 varnas are equal as human being and have same human rights but they will have different set of powers and responsibility on then thus their will we difference of respect between these 4 designations.
In Ancient India there were Rishis (Sages or Researchers) like Rishi Vedvyasa who wrote Baghwat Gita, his mother was a Fisher Women & belonged to Kshudra Varna but her son Vedvyasa was a Bramin, Similarly there was another rishi Valmiki who wrote the Ramayana belongs to a dalit family (Kshudra) but valmiki was bramin because of his Guna and Karma (i.e Skills & Qualites or Responsibilities), Similarly there was rishi Vishwamitra guru of lord Rama, Vishwamirta belongs to Kshatriya family but he was bramin himself, So by this you can understand that KARMA's and GUNA(Skills) of any individual decided his/her Varna,
varna is not made to discriminate but to assimilate in a way to support the organized behavior of society or country by assigning social/cultural/individual duties i.e Dharma accordingly.
Now Answering some questions which people have asked me from past few days, like is it possible to have a person like Ghatothkach (he was a Gaint person of more than 50,100 or 150 ft long) or have weapons like bhramastra or man flying without aircraft....???
The answer is Yes 100% Yes, have you ever been to Girnar in India, if you visit the mounts and jungles there you will find many sages at penance there, if possible go and try to interact with them and request them to give a live demonstration of lift-off of human body in air. i tried this and saw the live demonstration with my naked eyes, but they will not let you make any video's at all, even that sage lifted my body to 5 feets up in air, later when i asked him to tell how could he was able to do such thing, he explained some science behind the Sound Vibrations, he said every letter when pronounced correctly produces correct vibrations those vibrations produces correct resonance & electromagnetic energy & field, also every vibrations effects on human body parts, organs, cells, tissues, blood or even bones and skin, apart from this these vibration if accurately produced effects the 7 Shocker Points (i.e 7 Chakras) inside every human body, In Past our Rishis (i.e Scientific Researchers) who went deep into meditation have heard some sound vibrations they called them as Beej Mantras, Those Rishis also detected that every metal has it own unique electromagnetic radiation around it created by some sub-atomic vibrations continuously going on in it, thus by understanding those vibrations they first tried to listen the sound of the vibrations by entering into deep state of mind where they have higher level consciousness, after figuring out those sounds Rishis wrote them as mantras, those mantras were later used to control the behavior of their corresponding metals, but before that there was the process of Mantra Sidhi which was necessary to go through so that when Mantra chanter starts chanting that Mantra he/she will be able to produce enough power with sound signals so that the produces vibrations highly effect the subject (i.e Metal).
this technology was also used to create Vimanas (Read Vaimanika Upanishad - it has everything which is needed to create a aircraft, it also mentions the kind of training that piolet that he must undergo before flying aircraft, apart from this when source of electricity, thrust production etc etc).
Peter Davien in Newzeland demonstrated the boiling of water in 1940 with the help of sound vibrations (same can also done with the help of the Mantra which can be composed with the vibration of that sound), you just need to understand sound and it's resonance, you just need to put logic to how you can use the Free Energy
On 17 June 2009, Science clarified that it was sound which was used in the laser beam not light. Science also discovered later that actually speed of sound can be more than the speed of light which contradicts the earlier researches of science.
Secondly, how can a person fly & how Ghatothkach was able to resize his body also how is it possible to have Gaints like Kumbhkarna and Rakshas etc..?? See, There are 7 Shocker Points (7 Chakras) in human body and also in mother earth, if 3rd Chakra i.e Manipur chakra if somehow activated yogi gains some sidhis like Anima, Laghima, Garima etc.., Anima & Laghima can be used by yogi to Resize his body to any major or minor extent, Ghatothkach who was the son of Bheem and Hidimba had this sidhi by birth with him (Recently i also saw some video's about Gaint Human Skeletons Found in India & other places in Asia and Europe, you must go through those videos), This Manipur chakra gives the power of Gamana-Gaman, that means yogi can lift his body in air & fly, This chakra when activated removes 2 Elements from the body (Prithvi (earth) & Jal (Water) Tatva) thus the remaining Tatva's are Akash (Space),Vayu (Air) & Agni (fire) thus gravity does not affect the yogi's body which also makes him to feel much much lighter in weight. -- You must try and devote some time in learning Shocker Points in human body. Also there are many scientific videos on youtube demonstration how sound vibration effect the surroundings known as study of Cymatics (bringing matter to life with sound),
Finally Weapon System:- Our Rishis Invented & also Discovered weapons, they used to give those weapons to their Kings so that they could protect humanity and their civilians in case of war, There were 4 kinds of energies which Rishis used to invent weapons for example:-
Anu-Parmanu Shakti(Atomic Energy), Manasik Shakti (Energy of Mind & Consciousness) , Mantra shakti(Energy of Sound Vibrations) and finally Adhyatmik Shakti (Spritual Energy), Weapons like Bram Astra, Pashupat Astra, Narayan Astra work with the Adhyatmik Shakti. Astra's like Naag Astra, Megh Astra works with the Mantra Shakti.
Try & takeout some time to learn about:-
    Anunnaki,
    Vaimanika Upanishad,
Illusion Of Reality i.e The Concept of MAYA,
    Ancient Gaint Skeletons found,
    Power of Sound & Resonance,
Concept of Cymatics (cymatics bringing matter to life with sound).,

a person does not incarnate into animals or plants
the souls rises higher and not lower, by believing that he incarnates into animals or lower form is to deny your very self, and place yourself among the lower creatures.
he deny's his spirit's superior status among all the creatures, and forgets that he is a spirit, soul and body.
and you do not wish to understand the spiritual and mental level man has reached through endless tests, bitter moments, and struggles.
you have a choice to advance quickly, slowly or stay stagnant.

@12:30 sorry but it is so BS there... it was not because of under performance issues, but simply because of love and affection to his elders... yes he knew the eventuality beforehand, that he would need to defeat and kill his idols and young relatives, but he was in shock that the time has come... he had defeated the army single handedly in Virat War, but there he went with clear intentions of not killing anyone... you are invoking Karan from beginning while he was not even there on day 1. It is like, parents know from the time daughter is born that one day she will go to other house, but at the actual vidai day, they broke into tears and at times inconsolable...

Why Hindus Worship God Using Sculptures or Murti's or Why Hindu's are Polytheistic ?
Most of the people would have noticed many Hindu's going temple's & worshiping infront of Statues which they call murti of their deity or God, In Ramayna also you may have read Sita worshiping the Statue of Godess Parvati (i.e wife of lord Shiva) also Sri Rama himself created a Shiva lingam & worshiped today known as Rameshwaram, it was near 14 Lakh years back we are talking.
To understand this we have to first understand the roots of Hinduism i.e Vedas,
Vedas say there is only one Parmatma who exists, rest are all His manifestations. i.e
Parmatma according to vedas is actually Param Tatva i.e Super Element or Ultimate Element, here Tatva is a Sanskrit words which means an Element, and this Element is the source of all sub-atomic particles.
According to vedas, whatever materialistic world you are experiencing is made up of virtual particles thus is virtual & does not exists at all, as we know, there are so many particles and antiparticles which all together makeup this universe , none of them are solid (Generally we use this term when we consider elements like zinc, copper etc) , initially physicists used to believe that all particles or atoms are solid but later in 1920's this was revealed that neither atoms nor any sub-atomic particles are solid i.e they appear to be solid but were not, So everything which we thought was real suddenly became VIRTUAL because everything was made of those virtual particles (vibrating energy strings), that means all elements are virtual and thus in reality does not exist at all, That also means humans, animals, birds, insects which are also made up of those virtual particles are also virtual and thus does not exist in reality.
Vedas & Upanishads in Hinduism mentions this virtual reality as MAYA (MA => Something which appears as solid, dense & real, YA=> but is not) , this secret revelation by Vedas were initially rejected & not believed before 19th century by western physicists but were later respected & accepted with great shock & since then they started carrying deep analysis & researches on these Vedic literature's in Sanatan Dharma.
According to Vedas or Chandogya Upanishad the source of all these vibrating virtual particles is one, and to that Vedas call it Param Tatva, and there is continuous vibrations of OM in that Tatva (Element), due to which Vedas also call it OM. It's actually because of this vibration (OM) creation has occurred.
Vedas also call it Braman which is like a characteristic (gunatmak) name of this Element because it's infinitely big in size i.e it's Omnipresent.
    "Ekam vipraha bahudha vadanti"
The truth is one and learned call Him by different names.
"truth" here meas Braman i.e Om or Super Element or Paramatma, and it is this Tatva who has manifested itself in different forms here in this universe, i.e all the forms either living or non-living, tiniest or largest all are different forms of one Tatva (Element).
So now you know Hindus in reality actually believe in one God and this one God is completely different and scientific if as compared to any God mentioned in any other holy books like Quran or Bible etc.
Now you must be thinking then why Hindus have so many Deities like Deity of fire, water, air etc etc or Why Hindu's worship Bagwaan's like lord Shiva, Vishnu & Bramha if they have only one formless God?
To understand this you must understand few terms here,
The term "Bagwaan or God" also represents the same Paramatma i.e Super Element or Param-Tatva But in it's physical form, So we can say Bagwaan/God & Paramatma are one & same elementally. Now this statement is True & False both at the same time,
It's true because as i said Bagwaan/God is the physical manifestation of Paramatma, and It's False because Bagwan/God is a physical manifestation which is made of Virtual particles & has a form but in reality Paramatma does not have any form. Now as i mentioned earlier everything in this universe is physical manifestation of one Super Element (Parmatma), So therefore all the Deities or Bagwaan's or human beings or animals or any living & non-living things in reality are all manifestations of one Parmatma.
Difference between Bagawan & Paramatma is, Bagwan is the Self-Realized physical manifestation of Paramatma and thus has a form but Parmatma in actual is formless.
So Does that also means every human being is Parmatma or Bagwan?
Answer is Yes It's True and Hindu's know this fact, You may be thinking then why don't Hindu's start worshiping every human being because everyone is God??
The only difference between any human being and Bagwaan/God is that the Bagwaan is Self-Realized entity because of which He has direct access to all His powers i.e He is omnipotent & has complete control over Creation, Preservation & Destruction of this universe and is also Omniscient. Rest of other deities have also got some spiritual powers given to them by lord Bramha at the time of their birth or many of them have attained powers by penance. There are near 33 crore Deities created by lord Bhrama who lives in different Galaxies like Devloka, Gandharvaloka, Gauloka etc etc, the Galaxy in which we live is called Prithviloka. So we can see these deities as Aliens with some super natural powers. Job of these deities is to manage all the elements (Not Super Element, talking here about elements made of of atoms i.e virtual elements) present in this universe. All deities reports to the Indra, who is like manager of all the deities, Indra himself reports to lord Bramha. All their jobs are conducted at microscopic levels in this universe, thus it's hard to observe for a normal person with no scientific knowledge.
Now to understand why Hindus make the Statue of these Bagwaan and worship, but before you need to understand the ultimate goal of any Hindu.
As i mentioned all human beings are also God but the difference is that they are not self realized thus their Mind comes under the trap of this "So Called Reality", It's actually this Self Realization i.e Nirvana or Enlightenment which is the ultimate goal of Hindu's,
Hindus even don't prefer to go Heaven their ultimate preference is to become Self Realized as early as possible before they have to leave their human body, else they have to rebirth again & go through the same processes again till either they become self realized or get Moksha.
Here you may be thinking what is this moksha & how is it different from the Self Realization?
Moksha can be achieved in several ways as described in Spiritual texts of Hindus, When a person gets Moksha He/She goes to to the Galaxy of their worshiped Bagwaan/God & stays their with God till the last day of that Galaxy, At the last day before destruction of that Galaxy Bagwaan himself provide him the real knowledge of self i.e Bramgyan, then after getting that knowledge person attains the highest or Supreme level of Consciousness & becomes Self Realized and he realize that there was no Bagwaan/God , Allah, Jesus or any deity or creation ever happened in reality. it was only He (Parmatma) himself who was present here in all forms, i.e the person himself becomes a God i.e a Self-Realized form.
Remember in Hinduism any Self Realized physical entity whether
it's a human being or animal or even if it's an insect is considered and worshiped as a Bagwaan/God.
To understand further as i said in Hinduism there are many pathways for one Paramatma, out of those pathways Bhakti yoga is one in which Hindus mostly take the help of Statues of Bagwaan's/God.
The Rishi-Muni's i.e Sages or scientific researchers prescribed this way of worshiping because they found several scientific reasons behind this technique and also using this technique it was easy to gradually reach to the ultimate goal as compared to other techniques mentioned in Hinduism like Raj yoga, Gyan yoga etc, Also this technique was very much suitable for the common person who was busy in fulfilling his duties in his day to day life & can't spend much time in practicing other techniques for attaining Self Realization.
Now to understand the scientific logic's behind Statues:-
As we understand that there is a direct impact of Visuals seen by any person on his mind which in turn has straight impact on his feelings, i.e with every visual there is a trigger of electrical impulses inside the brain of human body, Rishi's used this logic & designed a technique to get the easy & effortless understanding for Hindus about Hinduism & God, also it became easily applicable and beneficial for every Hindu in their daily lives. So when any Hindu looks the Statue of his God his mind reminds him about that one God and become focused for sometime which triggers the highly efficient electrical signals or you can say Spiritual feelings inside their Brain\Mind which in turn increases the level of emotions of love & devotion inside brain thus making mind to relax and slowly enter into the state of deep meditation & get connected to the infinite consciousness present everywhere, In that state of higher consciousness person's mind and body feels fully relaxed and also feels strong flow of pure energy inside his mind & body which makes him feel lighter & lighter. This simple technique helps Hindu's to feel the presence of God inside them, this process makes them to understand that the real God is present inside the heart of every human being & is the only one responsible for their heart beats.
Also when Hindu offers prasaad (edible item like sweets) in front to Statue, They actually feels in their mind like They in reality are standing in front of their Bagwaan and offering Him sweets, cloths, flowers, water and lots of love, even though they knew that God doesn't require food, clothes, water etc at all but this simple looking technique successfully creates enough divine emotional attachment between the God and his believer or i should say God & his lover,
Consider an example of a 6 year old beautiful looking sweet girl with a teddy bear or baby doll holding in her hand, you may have noticed them literally crying in-case if anyone tries to like hurt their teddy's or if anyone shouts at their doll, even they also knew that it's just a foam made doll and nothing else, but still it hurts them, Now why this happens ? Reason is the feelings which makes them to feel attached with those teddy's as if like they are feeling their pain, you will find lots of love or attachment in their hearts for their teddy's & doll's etc.
All this happens due to physiological reasons which triggers the emotions according to the visuals. This same principle of nature was understood by Rishi's & they created this technique of worshiping physical forms of Self Realized God (i.e Bagwan) by making their Statues in Temples or Home or Offices, as it was not possible to ask God himself to stand in a temple for 24x7 and 365 days...kidn :)
Recently a research conducted by University of California, Davis, shows for the first time how visual attention affects activity in specific brain cells. The paper, published June 26 in the journal Nature, shows that attention increases the efficiency of signaling into the brain's cerebral cortex and boosts the ratio of signal over noise.
Remember Hindus do not worship Statue's they just use Statue's to offer their love & worship (prarthna) & puja to god/Bagwan (Not Parmatma). or use it like a technique to increase their love & devotion for God. Similarly like Muslims do not worship Kaaba (which is a physical structure), they use kaaba to worship Allah or Christians do not worship Church or Statue or Jesus, they use statue to worship God & this technique is proven extremely efficient all over the world till yet. All credit goes to Rishi's of Hinduism who developed this technique many Lakhs of years before.
Remember, Hindus do Upasana or Dhyan of Paramatma but not Puja, Puja is done for Bagwan.
Secondly, In Hinduism worshiping God using Statue's are not at all mandatory, it up to the devote if they feels this technique as comfortable and helpful for their spiritual journey they can easily take benefits of this technique.
If anyone has a cube of ice in his mouth and he is sucking it, that does not mean that his mind is trapped in cube but that means he is focused on water preset in it, similarly Hindu who use sculptures or images to do puja or worship does not means that he is worshiping the piece of colorful paper or block of stone, his mind is focused on the formless (Super Element i.e Param Tatva or Paramatma) hidden in those forms ( idols, Murti's, sculptures).
As more as this love & devotion increases in a person as closer as person comes to the God, as closer person comes to the real knowledge thus as closer as he comes closer to his own real identity i.e Real Him.
Here are few examples of thise used this technique to worship their deity using statues in ancient time:-
    1) Mata sita wife of Shri Ramji used to worship mata parvati everyday using Statues. At the time of swayamvar before participating in it she worshiped mata parvati in temple made in Ashok Vataka where she first time saw Shri Ram ji.
    2) In Valmiki's and Vashista Ashram they use to worship Mata saraswati and Shivji and Narayan bagwan using statues and shivalinga's.
    3) Mata sati did millions of anusthans of mantra Om Namah Shivay in front of Sivalinga.
    4) Rakshasha's like Ravana with guru shukracharya used to do Tantrik Sadhna which is not possible without creating Statues of subjects like mahakali. Ravan himself was devotee of lord Shiva and had a everyday routine worship Shiva using shivalinga at his lanka mahel.
    5) Lord Rama who was devotee of Lord Shiva situated the Shiva Linga at Rameshwaram Temple Kerala before proceeding towards Sri Lanka.
    6) Look at the Geometrical designs sketched in Vaimanika Upanishad describing the complete geometry setup for designing an Aircraft, which shows how much knowledge the people of those era where having.
There were many artists millions of years back who were expert in Shipkala, this word Shilpkala is a Sanskrit word which is as ancient as Vedic culture, Shilpkala requires the knowledge of Geometry and symmetry, which means the people of those era were very well aware of such concepts.
So now you know why Hindu's USE Status for worshiping God, lastly you must also understand that all the worshiping techniques that Hindu's follow either in temple, home or anywhere are techniques to actually show their devotion & love to God, because all Hindus believe that God Is One, God Is Love & Love Is God..,

Gitaji is firstly about believing in God and is nothing about it is atheistic. That is a very Western concept where Gitaji is not fully or properly understood, and Bible and Koran are not manuals and definitely not on same level as Gita. It is so ignorant to say things like that about enemies who conquered India and converted people to do divide and rule. What a fake!!

This is like saying that (a rough parallel) E= MC2 is responsible for the destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
First of all if we look at the Bhagavad Gita statement in 9.32
māṁ hi pārtha vyapāśritya ye ’pi syuḥ pāpa-yonayaḥ striyo vaiśyās tathā śūdrās te ’pi yānti parāṁ gatim
The emphasis of the Gita statement is not on women are paapa-yonayah (sinful birth). The emphasis is on the transcending power of devotion that if they take shelter of Krishna that they can also transcend. The elevating power of devotion is not limited to those who are paapa-yonayah, actually everybody can get elevated and even those who are considered paapa-yonayah, even they can get elevated. So the Bhagavad Gita in that sense is just offering a nominal tip of the hat for a notion that is in its time considered conventional, considered mainstream but then it brings out its non-sectarian universalist message. Even if someone considers women to be low born still they can be elevated.
Actually the starting parallel of E= MC2 is not really fully applicable because whereas E= MC2 is the central tenet of Einstein’s relativity theory, striya as paapa-yonayah is not even the central message of that specific verse of Gita, what to speak of the central message of the whole Gita. Even in the only verse of the Bhagavad Gita refers women to paapa-yonayah there the emphasis is- “even if it is like that, even if it is considered to be like that, still even women can be elevated”.
Now that raises the next question, that ok, Bhagavad Gita does not directly say that women are low born, but why does it acknowledge the notion that women are considered of sinful birth?
Here we have to understand that the Vedic culture operates in a very different world view from our world view. We cannot just judge the standards and practices of another world view based on conception we have acquire based on our world view. Why is that? As a very preliminary example, one medical practitioner judging another medical practice based on purely the practices not the principles. For example some traditional or alternative cancer treatments may not recommend chemotherapy or radio therapy or anything like that for cancer and today in main stream allopath, these are considered to be the only ways of dealing with cancer. So if an allopath doctor finds that someone is using herbal therapy and nothing being literally done to deal with presence of the dangerous cells, cancerous cells, the person may say this is terrible. Important thing here to understand is phalena parichayate. The treatment is working or not we can’t just look at the practices because the practices can be different depending on particular medical system and the mechanism of the body that underlies the particular system.
Same way when the world view is different so practices will be different but beyond the practices we have to look at the principles. The first and most important principle of the world view on which the Gita was spoken is that our existence is not limited to our present body. We had a life before this present life and not just this life but many lives before this and we will have an existence even after our present existence. Therefore with this understanding we come to know that whatever we acquire at the starting point of this life that comes by our past karma.
We also see that in the same Vedic culture, if we look at the accounts of Fa-Hien, Huen Tsang or many visitors who came to India and extensively noted about India, we did not find any norms of persecution of females or female infanticides. Even Al Biruni who wrote quite an elaborate book on the value systems of India, Indica, where-in he mentions that he felt the practice of deity worship was incomprehensible and abominable, he also does not talk about any exploitation of women or anything like that. Within the particular culture, the women were respected. In fact, women are often considered in the traditional culture to be like a manifestation of goddess of fortune. Woman is considered to be like a bhagya laxmi. For example Vedas say that only places where women are happy and respected will the gods shower their blessings.
The important point is, that even if based on understanding that the ultimate purpose of material existence is to get out from material entanglement, and for that purpose a male body is more suitable than the female body, so in that sense Bhagavad Gita doesn’t just say that women only are paapa-yonayah, anybody who is in material existence is having some sin into their account and in that sense we could say that everybody is of a sinful birth. The very fact that we have a material body indicates that we have some sinful activities because of which you have got this body which grows old, which gets diseased, which dies and which causes so much of suffering in the process. Relatively speaking a female body may be less suitable for spiritual realization which is the ultimate goal of life. Why women are found less suitable for spiritual realization? Because spiritual realization often requires philosophical enquiry and female body tends more towards emotionality than rationality. The emotionality can be active and can be an advantage also in path of devotion which focuses primarily on emotions.
The point is that there is a profound worldview behind the whole conception of having multiple lives and our actions from one life affecting another life and not a simplistic value judgment that women are sinful. Women were happy because according to the culture at that time women were respected. The fact that during the time of Bhagavad Gita or after the time of Bhagavad Gita even when several eminent travelers and historians came to India there has been no record of female infanticide happening. This was the time when people followed Bhagavad Gita much more than they follow it today. And the fact that there was never any female infanticide at that time and no record of that and if we see that there were kings who had princes and princesses and similarly general people also had sons and daughters. There is a serious flaw in the idea that Bhagavad Gita causes female infanticides because when the Bhagavad Gita was much more wide spread and accepted at that time there is no record of something like this. And not just the Bhagavad Gita but the broad culture and the world view which is also the expression of the Bhagavad Gita, also accepted in the past that this did not happen.
Then the question comes what is the cause of female infanticides? We do not find that in arguments in western culture or in the other cultures. Every culture has its blind spots and we are not meant here to justify the presence of one evil by pointing another evil. In the western culture there is not just freedom for abortion but also unfortunately there is so much business of embryos that is happening.
Coming back to the question, what has specifically caused female infanticides?
First of all it’s a very horrible practice not only from a sociological perspective but also in terms of how it will skew the gender balance, gender ratio and how it will become a cause of increased violence against women- these are important factors to be considered. But before answering the infanticide question, it is even more important that we first truly understand what the Bhagavad Gita teaches and whether its teachings can have any such implications.
It is important to know that Bhagavad Gita is a philosophical book which first focuses on harmonizing with the will of God. That means, especially in the case of conception, altering the course that the nature has taken, by selecting abortion, is a totally anti-devotional disposition because it focuses on imposing human will on divine will, therefore it cannot be considered at all a devotional activity by any means. It is first of all a non-devotional activity, rather it’s a demoniac activity where brutality is involved. It is a demoniac activity in terms of the blind bias that is there, but sometimes that bias is justified in terms of the religious glorification of the male child over the female but that is a complete misunderstanding of the philosophy. The philosophical principle rest first of all in accepting the will of God. It is not that we become passive about everything but specially such things which is a blatant disregard for the divine will as it manifests through the course of nature when one does selective infanticide, selective abortion rather.
Now let us consider the other religious justification (of the female infanticides) that actually son is required for doing the last rites by which one will attain moksha. First of all this is a rationalization of something which does not apply just like this. In today’s world view, how many people use the traditional notion that when a son does the last rites then one gets liberated? Most people who actually do infanticides are not at all concerned by any such idea. Doing infanticides bhruna hatya is considered to be in the scriptures as bad us (if not a worse than) brahmana hatya because a brahmana is to be respected. Five elements in the society you have to protect-brahmanas, children, elders, cows and women. The selective abortion is extremely bad because it’s a defenseless infant that is being killed. All the other four categories are also people who find difficult to defend but at least they can do something. Embryo cannot do anything. It is not just abortion is bad, killing a female is even worse. A women is meant to be protected what to speak of killing. So it’s a double violation. It is violation of principle of protection of children. It is a violation of protection of women. It is a very brutal thing and it’ll involve such terrible bad karma that there is no question that the son doing a later ritual at the time of death will liberate the parents after they commit some brutal activity like this. There is no justification for such kind of practice. It is a barbaric practice and it must be stopped, and strong legal action be taken against those who do this practice.
Let us now focus on the practical reason of philosophical rationalization. The practical reasons of that are often in the way the Hindu society is constructed. Often women turn out more to be burdens then assets. A woman has to be educated and then her marriage is to be arranged. Even if she takes up a job and becomes a bread winner for the in-laws family a dowry has to be given. In this social structure, its quite understandable if one sees the birth of female child as a burden. But then it is important to understand cultural practices that are drawn from one age into another age cannot be just directly imposed. The dowry practice was just a matter of voluntarily giving gifts, it was not a business proposition where a demand was made and if the girl side did not provide that demand the girl will be persecuted. Nothing like that was ever recommended. In fact the whole purpose of the dowry is to express affection from the parents for the daughter’s departing away to the in-laws place. Also according to traditional property laws the woman does not get any property and property goes to the male children. Therefore it does not mean that female children were cut-off but the dowry was considered to be their property. This whole practice of dowry it’s different in the social context today. There is no need to continue this practice and if gifts are given as a matter of affection that should be given voluntarily. When expression of affection becomes a subject of business negotiation and in fact not just business negotiation but physical and mental abuse then where is the affection in that? Specially in the younger generation abhorrence of such abuse and the rejection of these practices is understandable and such abusive practices are not to be supported. Just like a caste system, its original purpose was different, but the way the caste system has become is quite a terrible perversion now. Similarly the practice of female infanticides has also become a terrible perversion and so as the practice of dowry in many cases. The cause of infanticides is more of financial then any philosophical or religious nature. If this cause is to be dealt with, we need education. Bhagavad Gita, which is being blamed here for female infanticides, itself offers that education which can stop these practices. Let us see how.
First of all Bhagavad Gita tells us that going against the will of God is not at all a religious activity. In fact killing is a sinful activity and killing any infant is sinful but killing a female infant is even more terribly sinful because women are meant to be protected. Bad karma will be there and the reactions will be coming. If one studies the Bhagavad Gita he will understand the difference between the body and the soul and will recognize that bad karma will lead to terrible results and one cannot continue the bad karma. Further, the Bhagavad Gita, if it is understood, and once by understanding one’s consciousness rises to spiritual level (because one understands that he is a soul and one gets real happiness by connecting with Krishna in devotion through bhakti yoga) then the whole world view of rabid materialism, rabid means diseased materialism, which is the cause of the terrible practices like female infanticides, that world view itself will be uprooted. What causes this kind of practices is not a particular religion but it is disproportionate materialism, rabid materialism, where people give uni-dimensional importance to money so much so that they don’t even have scruples about killing the person for the sake of money and therefore the materialism become acute and rabid. Due to the materialistic worldview people think that this life is only that one has, one has to somehow or the other enjoy life by getting more and more. But when we understand that it is not the case and even in this life one can get better happiness by connecting with the God then this whole rabid materialism gets uprooted. That is the best cure for abhorring practices like this. So devotees who live lives based on the Gita certainly oppose this practice and condemn it in strongest possible terms and should spread the spiritual wisdom that can uproot it completely. Thank you.

Some people think that everything in scripture is the teaching of scripture.
But scripture gives the thoughts, words and actions of not just God and his devotees, but also demons. Thus for example in the Srimad Bhagavatam when a demon like Hiranyakashipu propitiates a god like Brahma and praises him as if he were supreme, those statements expose the demon’s sycophancy. Such statements, though present in scripture, don’t express the teaching of scripture.
Similarly, in the Bhagavad-gita’s sixteenth chapter, when the demoniac declare, “I am the controller; I am the enjoyer; there’s no one like me,” that statement is not a scriptural teaching - the Gita doesn’t want us to cultivate that mentality.
By recognizing subtle differences between scriptural statements and scriptural teachings, we can avoid confusing the contextual with the eternal.
That statements by demons are not scriptural teaching is easy enough to understand. What may be tougher to grasp is that scriptural statements about prevailing social conventions may also not be scriptural teaching. For example, the Gita (09.32) refers to some groups of people as being of sinful birth. Yet, the verse’s emphasis is on the potency of bhakti-yoga to elevate everyone, even those conventionally considered lowborn. Therefore perpetuating the social convention is not the scriptural teaching - transcending it through bhakti-yoga is.
By recognizing such subtle differences between scriptural statements and scriptural teachings, we can avoid confusing the contextual with the eternal. The contextual may or may not be feasible or desirable or even intelligible in a different context, but the eternal remains relevant in all contexts.
The Gita itself offers a most dramatic example of this emphasis on the eternal - its conclusion (18.66) asks us to transcend not just social conventions but even religious practices for the ultimate spiritual practice of devotional surrender to Krishna. The universality of devotion is the supreme scriptural teaching before which all other scriptural statements and teachings need to be subordinated.

the Brahmanas, Ksatriyas, Vaishyas and Shudras are varnas, and are determined by the qualities (Sattvaguna, rajoguna and Tamoguna ) and activities a person performs, and not by Birth (please refer to Bhagavad Gita - 4.13). Besides Krishna says - Bhagavad Gita 14.4 - "I am the seed giving father of all the species of life". Why would a father discriminate against his own children? Besides that, the first teaching of Gita is that we are not these bodies but the soul that is beyond this body... so, kindly open your mind

In a blind race to sound "politically correct", bible, quran are added by the speaker unnecessarily in the introduction. Not only that, the speaker cites examples of someone's misery (of a human being, losing his affectionate) and trivialize it pathetically. The person must know love is not just about sex and physical attraction and no matter what reality is known to a person or how much they grant anything as "attachment", human sensitivities must always be respected at least by other human beings, don't think yourself that great and advaitik that you forget you belong to Humanity and no matter how much you chant about dual, non dual, the truth of sensitivities and sorrow will have capacity to make you chant and meditate, at least grant them that gravity.
I am always of the view that when one sends speakers to students or young kids/people, the most experienced and eloquent teachers are the one for the job. Seniors ought to take on this responsibility. There are numerous errors, I stopped watching at 8:14. With due respect to the speaker, I am feeling a bit sorry for the poor students who deserved way better.

The popular way of calling all our scriptures as manuals of life is becoming obsolete especially in the present Kali Yuga. Now a days even a computer, car or any other equipment does not come with manuals, for some of them are built-in as part of the software / context sensitive help or could be downloaded from the Internet. Human being is far advanced than any equipment built by humans and has plenty of embedded software in the form of individual Samskara and any inadequacy is made up by downloads from astral net. Humans are not empty islands depending on perceptions of age old saints or popular religious / spiritual organisations, most of them are specializing in Business Management. Most of the puranas have lost their elementary perceptions which the present Yuga has surpassed them. Moreover the obscure concepts contained in our spiritual books are better understood by Science and technology has demonstrated their practical applicability adequately. Hanging on to age old, obsolete, elementary concepts only enriches religious / spiritual organizations.

its recent popularity is largely due to British colonizers, who searched for a Hindu equivalent to the Christian Bible and elevated the Gita to that position. Agehananda Bharati (birth name Leopold Fischer) argues this point in "The Hindu Renaissance and its Apologetic Patterns," a difficult but fascinating essay on the changes in Indian religious practice after colonization. The excerpts below are relevant to our talk of the Gita here:Indians and sympathetic occidentals alike have come to regard the Bhagavadgita as the Hindu Bible. No challenge against this notion has ever emerged...The people who might challenge it are the ones that won't: The grassroots scholars, the orthodox pandits, cannot participate in the give-and-take of the Indian Renaissance with its English language premises, due to lack of economic and social access... But the informed Hindu must contest the Bhagavadgita's Renaissance status: it is not canonical like the Vedas or the Upanisads; it... [belongs] to a category of texts the acceptance of which is not incumbent on the Hindu. ... Most modern Hindus, unless they happen to be Sanskritists, assume that the Gita is a canonical text. Historically seen, the suzerain status ascribed to it is another paradigm of the pizza-effect... It was Annie Besant's impressionistic English translation of the text which impressed Gandhi when he read it in London...

+Rama Krishnan That is not correct. Since the Bhagavadgita has been considered one of the 'Prasthanatraya' alongwith the Upanishads and Brahmasutras, even before Adi Shankaracharya. So, it is not true that Bhagavadgita got its importance after the British, but it became important after Shankaracharya, who wrote his marvellous commentary on it.

Pujya Sri Sri Sri Narasimhananda Swamiji,,, even the concepts in Bhagavadgita are better understood and demonstrated by Science and Technology...Pardon me I did not credit British in any way.... Knowledge is Universal and all are equal partners in assimilating it.... My main perception is that Hindu Spiritual approach is pure science and has been diluted by adding emotion (divinity / adoration) in preference to rational approach.... "Nahi Gnanena Sadrusham".... My prayer is that we should reduce our adoration, classification, devotion etc., and pay more attention to the real knowledge contained in our shastras,,, and if done so I presume that we have advanced Scientific knowledge in our scriptures more than that of
      Modern Science.

+LUKI T (LUXX275) ...The way I get it is Brahman is the truth of the Universe, Atman is the truth of man and mankind, and Krishna is that same force but at a level of revelation to Arjuna...but Arjuna is also you or me also...but I'm just learning this Hindu things and I been learning Buddhism for a few years that has a different system but has a Truth Body, Subtle Body and Gross Body and there is much more than that but it, in a way, has a parallel. In Complete Reality Taoism is a whole separate list of terms and symbols but within their Alchemy and Chi up the spine to crown is a structure of revelation. In Kabbala they have universes from 'this world' to 'the world without end' and the limitless light.
Now if you want to place Elohym or Jehovah(YHVH) as the supreme force (OM) of the universe and make Jesus to be a christ that all men have within them and a holy spirit and then use that system to bring that truth through you to love the world, it is fine...but it doesn't matter and it is all the same and the problem is that Christians delude themselves to take it all literal...but in your own subjective/objective dualist world (meaning this ordinary consciousness) remember it is all Maya. What do you know of 'God'? You have to admit you haven't a clue and the word means nothing other than it is something you know nothing about so your claims are just conditioned bullshit you have been told. Do yourself a good thing and meditate and come to know reality experiencing it. Then you can speak with authority and you might come to realize something transcendental and find that the universe is eternal is love is bliss is everything is you...and then you might also speak a little different and be less critical and understand. Find Krishna and ask him to reveal himself as he really is and get your mind blown. Arjuna couldn't handle it for long and if you don't get a little balance in life it would probably kill you...you know how you Christians say you can't see the face of god and live.
Don't take it so literal...when you get to non duality then you cannot interact in this world until you come back to duality and then you really cannot communicate it without a bit of Maya. So sit down, breath, and don't think or try to not think and just see. Beauty and love will come to you when you let purity wash out all your conditioned contamination.

kadmonzohar2 Hey. Yes my friend, I believe everything you have said comes to my sences. well part, not all. Yes I agree that we are all 1, as the world, animals, plants, etc.And that love is the main source of this world. I believe that yes we can find truths through all beliefs, but believing the truths, is not the same as knowing and understanding what is true. Yes you stated something similar. But believing and not knowing is like writing a book and not finishing the book, for to finish writing a book you must know and understand what your plot is, prologue, beginning, middle, and ending. Just like the cycle of life. I get that we are all here for a reason, and that we were created all distincted and unique. 1 of the reasons why I believe we all have different beliefs and religions. We do not speak the same language, so for example an Indian will not understand a Chinese beliefs. Unless 1 knows, agrees, and understands what another 1s beliefs are. But this is only my way of knowing and understanding what is true. To you, this will probably confuse you. I believe GOD is not man, but spiritual being. We have not seen our spiritual self, nor have we seen GOD. GOD is here now as we speak. Only if you believe GOD is, then GOD is. Butthat is upto you know, believe and understand.

Allah is as same as Brahman(Highest reality) in Vedanta.
      According to Vedanta,
The energy which is cause of living(i.e Atman) is part of that highest reality(Bramhan/Allah).
Brahman is the omnipotent, omnipresent and infinite energy. Brahman has neither any image nor there is any likeness of him.
He is the divine father & at the same time she is also the divine mother of universe.
Brahman is actual cause of creation(Shristy),Preservation(Shtity) & destruction(Pralaya).
