That Spanish ham here in Spain is one of the "cheap" ones, but I imagine that there the price will become more expensive, just as garatteok or kimchi are more expensive when I want to buy it here and we have to settle for cheaper qualities.😉 A recommendation for those who want to prepare a "bocata" of Spanish ham ... Instead of butter and bacon, use olive oil, Manchego cheese and natural ripe tomato rubbed by the lightly toasted bread inside. Yum! Yummy! 😋
@@mondwow Yeah! The good Spanish ham has a fat full of flavor that also adds juiciness to the meat. Especially streaky fat. I understand that in bad ham, especially if it's cut too thick, its fat isn't very pleasant to eat. But in a good ham it's almost a crime to remove the fat.😉
What he said! 100% correct... In any case food is to enjoy and everyone do that in a different way, so I'm all for "adapting" recipes to local taste but yes, I think it's difficult to improve on extra virgin olive oil and tomato! 😄

A ver, los que estamos hartos de ver jamón del "güeno", estas cosas nos parecen algo de risa, para los coreanos es algo exótico y eso vende, es lo mismo que si te pones a preparar algo típico de allí aquí en España y con algún ingrediente traído de importación, pues la opinión sería la misma.

With a glass of Offida Rosso..a perfect wine for a nice rustic crusty bread with that smokey ham and shaved Pecorino😋🥖🧀🍷🇮🇹

Asian food is 10 times better then American food. Also they do it by hand and not machine most of the time. I like when it's either hospital making or hand made. American food is nothing compared to Asian made food. Also I'm a American so I know.
