    The CW STILL hasn’t lived up to classic sitcoms of UPN or the numerous groundbreaking series and immense popularity of the WB era.

    • @robjackson5245
      @robjackson5245 2 года назад +3

      It's The WB, not WB and second The WB was not popular. And it was nothing like Warner Bros.. UPN was like Warner Bros. not The WB. Many celebrities did not endorse UPN over The WB without reason, Billy Ray and Miley being 2 examples

    • @robjackson5245
      @robjackson5245 2 года назад +3

      The WB was a white network unlike the studio who it claimed to be (more like an attempt to gentrify a black studio into the Big W days of the 70s) and UPN was black like Warner. I'm fact UPN had more roots in Warner Bros. more than The WB via PTEN. I'm gonna make a true Warner Bros. network called WB. No "The", no lame frog. None of that crap.

    • @robjackson5245
      @robjackson5245 2 года назад

      CW is better than The WB because they admitted that UPN won. They were so hateful of The WB, their first prototype logo (which included the UPN logo) used the Warner Bros. logo instead hahaha. WGN is so lame and racist and loving of The WB's spirit they left CW and became independent. Surprised WPIX - the only other station so keen on keeping The WB's spirit alive hasn't done the same. They downright hate CW, Warner Bros., and anything UPNish. The WB, lame unpopular by-the-book anti-autistic, anti-tomboy Allied white supremacist Germanic Judeo-Protestant network. "Friends"-loving and "Seinfeld"-and-"bro"-hating

    • @mightybitchy

      @@robjackson5245 Nobody watched UPN. The only popular shows there, had white leads. So what are you talking about? As far as the WB is concerned, it brought shows that break the viewing record on streaming channels. And reruns even. Even the short lived series, are popular on RUclips. So again, WTF are you talking about?!

    • @robjackson5245
      @robjackson5245 Год назад

      @M Yes they did you humongous jackass. It's The WB that nobody saw. It was unpopular in all 11 years of their time. Compared to UPN. And you're dumb and stupid if you think The WB even resembled Warner Bros. one bit. It had no star endorsement. And UPN had more memorable shows. "Malcolm & Eddie", "America's Next Top Model" - black leads - and "The Sentinel"'s head - Latino, all popular shows.

    Didn’t have cable TV from 2005 onwards and OTA reception for Channel 11 was always faint in all the places I lived. I didn’t know WB and UPN were gone until the Digital OTA transition in 2007. Even then my Converter Box could only get NBC, PBS, and maybe Fox. I didn’t know what that weird CW was and why my Star Trek shows were no longer on reruns anywhere. Like the next time I saw ST:TOS Remastered was in 2010.

    I lived in the Hudson Valley NY so I grew up on WPIX channel 11. Mostly for _Star Trek_ reruns in the 70s, as well as _The Honeymooners_ and Yankee baseball. Also had WNEW channel 5 (before they became Fox anchor WNYW) and WWOR channel 9.
    Channel 9 was never as good as 11 or 5. They had the Mets and lots of Godzilla movies. By the time cable was around they eventually became UPN and ch. 11 The WB..

Apparently, it never existed, but I remember what happens but not its name. 2 strangers rap battle off the top, and the crowd, referred to as the party people, yell for a meter, and the winner is decided based on how loud the crowd cheers for them. It was co-hosted by two black dudes. Every time they said "give it up for the party people" they would really pronounce the "p" sound and sit all over the mic 😂 I literally can't find any evidence that the show existed.
