Bro - don’t mean to hate but you’ve got a valley plate leak, broken windshield and suspension issues that might not be fixed long term by coilovers. I think you might need to reassess some priorities
Agreed! Not trying to hate but mechanical is more important than performance upgrades. I love my rcf too :)
Thanks, man! The Windshield happened months ago (almost a year ago). I previously said that I don’t plan on fixing it until it becomes a major problem (it’s still not a major problem, but it is becoming larger). The valley plate was discovered literally last week, so that will be handled. I’m not sure where “priorities” come into place, but i’m simply doing things that best makes sense for me and no one else.
@@Kamfidence Agreed. The windshield crack is not my priority as i’ve said months ago. As long as I can see and drive, i’m good for now. The Valley plate will be fixed. It’s not like I discovered the Valley Plate Leak last year and said “Yea, let me ignore that and get headers”, lol. It was literally discovered last week…

I put a full Apexi Exhaust on my RCF back in May and I received my PPE Equal Length Headers about 2 months ago. I'm planning on starting the install in the morning hopefully. I love the Apexi exhaust look and sound. I'm looking forward to hearing how it changes with the added header's.

Looks like you are having bad luck with your car. Sorry to hear that. Were those parts on the car when you bought it? Those cheap lug nuts are not OEM lock nuts that I have on mine. The coilovers sounds like cr*p if they were shot as they are supposed to last the lifetime of the car( good quality ones). That is why I don't mess with the OEM suspension because once you start changing things out, it start to cause other issues. Also surprised about the valley plate leak as they are common in the ISF, but the 2nd generation 2UR designed to the RCF was re-designed from the ground up so it is extremely rare occurrence in the RCF. Still could happen, but exceedingly rare. Hope it all works out for you. Cheers!
So much bad luck lol! Also, the parts were added by me. The coilovers were ran on my past 2 previous cars
@@Mr_Odog Yeah, some of it is making sure the part fits the purpose. For example, not a good idea to swap coilovers from one car to another? Coilovers are designed for a specific car and RCF's coilovers would be different from what say, your G37 had because RCF's suspension is completely different. It has a different damper compression/rebound, spring rates etc. as it is a much more track oriented car. Just some food for thought. Cheers!

I just put PPE long tubes on my 370z, that was a total pain.

That’s the next plan! The car is already modified, honestly. Best I can do is to just fix the coolant leak before any further modifications
