@@Don-E_ Yup xd I once heard a combat vet talk about those They're called "less than lethal" and they still might be lethal, especially at point blank At the very least leave a pretty bad injury
This is the type of Red Hood gameplay I've been wanting to see. A good balance of both ranged and melee attacks while still being quick and agile like the other characters. This style of defeating enemies is a lot more engaging. Keep up the good work! 👍
Thank you so much!! Yeah, you can pull off alot of cool stuff when you mix up his Gun attacks with his Melee attacks. Ping ponging between enemies also helps too.
Exactly that's what pissed me off is that red hood is not a brute sure he's more brutal and aggressive then batman but he's a Robin ffs he's just as agile as the other more so then tim less then dick imo
Only Jason Todd could pull the trigger faster than Deadshot. You hear that shit? It was like a orchestra, and unlike Tchaikovsky's. Their bells are getting rung, not splattered on the floor.
This is hard mode (Wish there was a very hard mode tho!) , Ng + playthrough. Level 60 Legendary endgame gear w/ high crit chance/damage. Normal-level enemies that you see in early game are squishies at this point. So I pick them off quicker than the others. Charged headshots/Ranged attacks after the reload momentum ability usually mow them down very fast since the damage is doubled/quintupled even.
Wow that was dope man, red hood is my favorite dc character and I got Gotham knights like 2 days ago and I was him to be like that, any tips or etc to get him good quick? Bc I want him to look something like that definitely
Gear is abit more of a grind cuz my stuff is legendary gear, but for a good start: - Get RH maxed out on his lvl/ability points as soon as possible. Don't sleep on the marksman and vengeance skill tree. Cuz alot of those are crit-related/give you more damage potential. - RH benefits from high crit chance/damage weapons. (He also benefits from elemental bullets when you need to focus on weakening a certain enemy, but I rarely use them now in endgame) - Get as many momentum abilities as you can for him on your first playthrough (you'll get good ones in the main story, but don't sleep on the checklist requirement ones. You'll have more options in combat that way and in ng+) There are more tips I wish to share in a vid, but idk if anyone is still interested in guides for GK
@@Don-E_ oh word okay gotcha I haven’t done much story yet as I’ve just free roamed with all 4 characters to get practice combat but have used red hood the most. Thanks for the input and I think it would be dope if you did a vid on leveling up red hood or whoever if that helps
It's a situational animation. The enemy always gotta be at low health. Usually when I know their health pool is low, I give it a few seconds before tapping the attack button in front of the wall. But it usually only happens when they're the last enemy in their wave. RH has to be facing straight towards a wall. It won't always be that animation tho.
Thanks!! - Story: Meh Combat: Fun when you have the right gear/all the momentum abilities at your disposal. (Needs improvement though) Overall, I like the gameplay. But they need better writers 😅
How come this game doesn't let you fight any criminals? None of these guys are capitalists, politicians, presidents, CEOs or people that rule over other people.
Actually you described the main story perfectly. The main enemy in the game is the Court of Owls, a secret society of politicians, businessmen, and other affluent Gothamites who have banded together to influence the city the way they want it to run.
@@woohoomusic5098 But does the game let you partake in any form of systemic change? Like not just fighting the individual actors, but fighting against the institutions of authority that let people like the court of owls have power?
@ColeGray-il6tm no it's not really that type of game. Game series like Just Cause and Far Cry delve more into breaking down tyrannical institutions and radical change. There's others like that but I can't think of them at the moment
@@woohoomusic5098 If we were to have a DC game like that, I think Anarky should be the playable main character. He's incredibly underutilized and would be perfect for that sort of thing. Probably wishful thinking though. DC doesn't want Anarky portrayed as a good guy, even though he's done a lot of heroic things in the comics.
Does the difficulty effect the main story? I’m just starting out as Red Hood! I picked Easy only because I struggle with games more than other people! 😊
"We got us a hero!"
They yell as he muscles down a guy against a wall to shoot him point blank in the face.
"Non-lethal", "Reformed" Red Hood in all his glory

@Ritik Benipal I loved the gun and melee combat as well
Red Hood:"I stopped killing people"
Jason, honey, people die when you shoot them in the face.
Ikr, even tho they’re non-lethal rounds I’m pretty damn sure they’ll kill at that range
😅 They'll be finee...

0:34 when criminals in Gotham go grocery shopping and want to buy a beetroot:
i doesnt matter how max out he is ,he shoot non lethal rounds and killing is his main thing this game
Huh? He doesn't kill anymore
These guards are definitely not on the hardest mode if they were they would’ve survived those one shot attacks

I can’t wait to play this. I just got a PS5 with Ragnarok and this was my first purchase. I think this game received way too much unnecessary hate.
This Red Hood kicked their butts so hard and put their faces in dirt lol

@@Don-E_ interesting, I love the combat in this game honestly just wish there was more to do narrative wise, appreciate you responding.
You should upload your stats of your characters
He probably doesn’t want to be op
I'm considering doing that, a vid on what builds I'm currently running/a mini guide or something.
This is amazing. What did you think of the game. In my opinion is OK but far from matching up with the arkham series
Thanks!!

What’s the build? And what visual settings are you runnin?
Please share you build

No.. Its just easier to defeat enemies
It’s so sad the game just doesn’t work for me
Delicious
The magical forcefield auras are kind of lame. But cool enough I guess.
Reminds me of Spawn really. Dark and brooding antihero who loves using guns and also uses mysterious superpowers
Maxed Red Hood=Christian Bale from Equilibrium.
Not bad at all but that chick Barbara got some moves ass well ;)
👀 I mean..
Jokes aside though, I plan on showcasing Batgirl gameplay sometime soon!
