At least New Holland has the lever to lock the pressure roll and the valve to lock the door position, My Vermeer 604K I had before this New Holland I had to use a 4x4 block about 3 foot long and wedge it between the bottom roll and the pressure role to loosen the belts so I could flip them back. What a pain in the arse that was!
We have a lawyer/farmer that plants the minimum maintenance roads. He used to run people down and threaten to sue them for passing in his corn or beans. One night, he tried that with the new sheriff. A week later the county widened the road with graders and a dozer, narrowing his crop.
We just bought a BR750. Baled a small field to see how it worked. We flipped a belt twice. What makes it do it and how can we correct it or stop it? Are the belts too loose?
Lots of variables...1,,,what is your pressure set at? 2,,,how wide is the swath your baling?? 3,,,what belts are flipping? 4,,,is your wind gard on or off?? 5,,,what is the moisture of the bale?
Also ... 6,,, is there lots of chaff build up behind the belts 7,,,I'm guessing this is a used baler check to make sure all rollers are installed straight...exactly the same from side to side

My old 660 NH had a tension lock on it too
Never had a belt flip this year was the first time a belt broke on are br780a baler hope it don’t happen great video thanks for sharing

idle your tractor at 1400 rpm baling straw wont have belts flip..make just as good of bale
Slowed it down to about 750 to get core started
