How did you find the wires you need to hook to the fuse box for your turning signals and lights all of your 12 V accessories? I can’t find any fuse box on the club cart. And how it was originally reduced from 48 to 12 V off of the lead acid batteries. This is on a 2003 club cart.

The 12v supply was hooked to 2 lead acid batteries, getting 12-16 volts.

Ever seen an Eco 160 fit in a DS? Or are 105's the largest that could fit in there?

      I’ve seen the 72v - 105ah in a DS, biggest I’ve seen. The 160s don’t fit as far as I know.

Bolt actually just got back to me and said their updated 160Ah fits in a DS. So that's great news. @@PalmettoBatteryPros

Really? Which one? Is it on their website? Ive seen the dimensions of their current 160 and a bulk head will have to be removed to fit.
