As in this example in this video - u have told if the stamp duty value is rs 68Lac & sale consideration amount is 60 Lac then the buyer have to add the difference of rs 8 Lac in his ITR as income from other sources & tax will be levied as per tax slabs. But what implications will be on buyer if the difference between the sale consideration amount & stamp duty value is Less than 10%. Lets say sale amount is rs 60Lac & stamp duty is rs 65Lac in your example. Regards
