Please explain why and for what are you rolling a roll of masking tape? What effect does it produce?

But can you please explain how the masking solution is used. On screen only the rolling tape is visible. Is it costed with some solution?

It is a work of ordering a masking solution used for watercolors at a place that sells art materials (hwabang) or Internet shopping, paint it like a paste, dry it, and remove it (about 5 minutes).
