I enjoyed painting this with you. I haven’t painted in years. So relaxing. Rookie mistakes, like putting my arm in paint and touching my painting! I noticed I have a real heavy hand and had to go down to a much smaller size pointer brush. I can’t thank you enough. God bless.
You do the absolute best tutorials! You have the perfect balance of explaining everything without giving more info than we need. My daughter and I LOVE that you always explain the "why" behind the technique you're using or color or brush, etc. It's a true education and it also tells us what adjustments we'd make for a different effect. KUDOS and thank you so much for posting these amazing tutorials! They're by far the best we've found!
Hi! This is beautiful, I can't wait to try this tutorial! Do you prime or prep your canvas first? If so, what do you use? I've noticed that when I try painting on my store bought 'pre-primed' canvas, there are white specks of canvas showing through when the painting dries, even when I thought I used quite thick layers of paint. 😅
