Ive had my 2016's as beaters and the squeak like crazy now 😂. Either the 2023 vapormaxes, the air max 97s, or some ultraboosts for and abroad trip for two weeks with a lot of walking (and as my new beaters) but I gotta decide soon. Great vid, thanks!
For my feet the Vapormax is one of the best fitting Nike shoes overall. I also think they look pretty good.
I have been using my 2016 platinum at least twice a week and still being a great pair in my rotation. I actually never thought buying a newer version but these 2023 might be the most alike to the 2016. I might grab a pair.
i've been wearing my ultraboosts 1.0 from 2016 and the thin black under sole has started to fade but still completely wearable comfy shoes, now i just want something new and the 7.0 and 8.0 UB's are looking like a decent upgrade but i hoped shoe design didn't went to toilet like it has past few years lol.

Did not think you could get better then the triple black version of the 2021 version, but will wait & see when the triple black 2023 version is like
I love my 2020s. Very comfortable. The system was never a problem because I really never have to use it. Shoe just fits without having to adjust much

Just purchased my first vapormax ever. Being a 2023 pair. I do enjoy the first releases laces. The 2023 loop laces just looks eh to me but the comfort these shoes have are amazing to me. These and ultraboost

I know is not as comfortable as Schechers or other soft shoes, what the Vapormaxes do is help to have less fatigue when walking and doing non stop moving activities, no matter how comfortable a shoe is there will always be an issue, the Vapormax technology is designed for walking and maybe running, I love them.

I was a HUGE fan of the old back pull lace lock system. To me it was a selling point along with the midsole air unit and I was pretty disappointed when they did away with it.
The fit was awesome. They should have just developed and improved it.

My OG vapormax Red/Grey just popped a few weeks ago. Just bought the Air Max Scorpion Triple black for replacement. They look and feel so much better.

Vapormax is awesome. I think there’s been misses too…like I don’t understand how the VM Plus is so popular and so EXPENSIVE with that awful material on the upper…but I also have some VM 360’s which are easily one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own.
I wear size 11.5 do you recommend size up to 12 for these or 11.5 is good?

Vapormax for indoor sports only for like 4 to 5 seasons. Still holding up well. They gave me good hops and spring
I think these are best looking nike trainers. I have the lace pull version and love them. My get the black and white colourway

The new rubber heel bit cuts into the back of the heel. Not as comfortable as the 2021 models, but it looks better.
Unpopular opinion but I actually really like the 2020 vapormax. My pulley system still works without any issue, has the same more comfy air unit, and the colorway I got came with zoomX insoles so they’re super comfy

I also really like the 2020. My pull tab also never had an issue and I thought it was a pretty cool idea for one year.
Same, I have the summit whites and that shoe is so crazy comfortable it’s weird for me to even call it a shoe. I’ve thought of jumping on eBay and doubling up on it, it can’t be going for anything crazy.
Likewise! I loved the 2020, felt like the 2021 was step backwards. The pull tabs were awesome!

They have the cuteness for sure. I have them in burgundy, but my feet. The bottom were so tired after a 2 mile walk.. That insert could have offered more support .very thin Even though they were worn. i'm returning them😢
Funny how people complained about the OG Ultraboost not changing for 4 years then cried when it finally did with the UB 19, but the VaporMax can have the same design for 7 years and no one says a peep.

Vapormax seem to be like marmite, people either love them or hate them. I love them, they're utterly unique, and look and feel great on feet.

Because it is more expensive to process recycled materials and also because Nike is a product of slave labor and will stop at nothing to increase profits.

Well that color way definitely isn’t but the Pure Platinum/White/Anthracite is. One of the hottest colors out right now.

Nike need to stop messing with the money and get back to what works best, the Vapormax Flyknit 2.
The design, colour mixes, the fit... Vapormax's Flyknit 2 was nothing short of amazing. I've yet to come across a shoe that beats it.

Another thing with vapormaxes is you have to give them time to break in

The 2016's may have been the best looking, especially in triple black. I never quite understood the Vapormax Plus, though I've seen a ton of people wearing them (I'd just go with the AM Tns for that matter).
I copped the Vapormax 2019 in the 'silver bullet' colorway. They definitely look better than they feel underfoot

I do not like the color ways for the men’s size. This white and the black/grey Oreo colour way. What I do like is the women’s size color way of All black with white swoosh. I hope that color way goes to the men’s size.

"You get 'in theory' an incredibly comfortable shoe..." These shoes always kill my feet. Same with the 270s.
The vapormax is the best-looking shoe because it looks like a slim shoe with the clear air unit. All these chunky shoes look terrible. Air Max 95, 97s and even the 90s are too bulky with thick soles. Tbe best looking shoes have no sole like the puma racing shoes. However, with no sole Puma racing shoes are not very comfortable. The Vapormax looks like a slim shoe if you look at the shoe as if the clear air unit does not exist. This is why I like the Vapormax and especially in this colourway.
