I feel like before they do Incredibles 3, they should do a sequel series that follows Violet and Dash attending a school for Supers and meet other kids with powers and abilities. Then a prequel series or movie that’s an origin story for Bob, Helen, and Frozone. Finally Incredibles 3 happens and it serves as the conclusion of the series with Bob and Helen being a lot more older now, Violet and Dash grown up, and the focus being on Jack Jack.

I want to see the movie like 6-7 years in the future, Violet not being a superhero anymore between college and work and not wanting to keep lying to Tony about it (whom she now might live with), Dash is in high school or college not wanting to be a superhero too much either but focus on the rest of his life. Bob isn’t happy but bites his tongue because it’s what he worked so hard for, for them to be superheroes. Helen is supportive and understands that times have changed and while it is legal to be superheroes, it is much more for business and company-owned than the liberty of her days, and that now both partners have to work to afford a home. But Jack-Jack (now dash’s initial age) is navigating bullying and struggling to not use his powers. Then Lucious’ eldest daughter (Around Dash’s age) comes to violate and tells her about how there have been supe’s children who go missing. Frozone’s daughter is human like her mother but her brother is super, so she is a detective in the shadows type of person. The superhero files and identities were hacked. Then Jack-Jack has been kidnapped and goes missing, forcing the Incredibles out of retirement and Frozone and his teenage son help as well. They discover that the children are being experimented on and it somehow relates to the deaths of previous heroes. Throughout the movie Frozone’s daughter ends up getting powers in a moment of need after being neglected of being involved in any of the superhero things because she has no powers for most of her life. They end up traveling to a Latin American mansion in a little town surrounded by Forrests and the Billionaire guy who owns a superhero company and was helping them find the missing kids ends up working along with the real villain: another rich guy trying to replicate the superhero genetics to make a business from selling superpowers. He had tried the experiments on adult heroes but their genetics were harder to decode than the children’s genetic super DNA. Then the kids are saved… the end.

While I did overall enjoy Incredibles 2, I can admit that the villain was super lame, especially compared to Syndrome. I reckon that if there were to be a third film, they need to take the time to create a villain that can somewhat rival Syndrome - or at least be better than Evelyn. If they do decide to continue the franchise, then they should take some more risks. Include more adult themes, like the first film did, maybe even have some death. The first movie didn’t shy away from death.
I agree that it would be interesting to do a time jump, seeing Violet become an adult, Dash dealing with high school, and also Jack Jack dealing with his powers (it’s possible that it could settle down into like 1 or 2 powers like the others in the family as he gets older). I’d also be interested in seeing how those other new super heroes are doing, as I see potential in some of them (we could have Violet and Void teaming up or something). I’d also like to see the kids coming up with their own superhero names (I assume they’re not going to keep going by Violet, Dash and Jack Jack Parr forever).
Apparently the reason it took so long to make Toy Story 3 was because they wanted to get it just right. So if it takes another 14 years (or more!) to make Incredibles 3, then I’m fine with that. I’ve wanted Inside Out 2 ever since the first one came out, but I’m glad it’s coming out now instead of 2 years later because to me that suggests that they’ve taken more time into making it as great as it can possibly be (fingers crossed that’s not a disappointment). They just need to give Brad Bird the time he needs to do his thing, because when he succeeds, he SUCCEEDS. But I know that’s probably not going to happen, because even if Incredibles 3 does happen under those circumstances, if it makes them enough money, they’ll just keep making Incredibles 4, 5, 6, etc. until the entire film industry is being run by AI. Which it probably will be in 14 years time.

I mean, I can see it working with three ways I came up with:
    1. Reusing the scrapped villain, Zarek, from an earlier draft of the first Incredibles movie and making him the main antagonist of the threequel.
    2. Aging up the kids via timeskip would be a great way to expand on the world where superheroes roam free and making them the main focus of the film as they face their own problems, be it normal and superhero lives. Think of all the superhero parodies they could make from that idea.
    3. Maybe a bit out left field here, but perhaps a Justice League/Society-esque parody of superheroes that seem to act like a found family, but are act dysfunctional compared to the Parrs yet both teams have to work together against a new threat (Could be either Zarek or something different).
These ideas might be interconnected, but they're all pretty solid ways a threequel could work, at least to me.

Even if they had Brad Bird direct it, it still would’ve sucked, Disney didn’t let him have creative freedom for the second movie resulting to instead having a Disney Direct-To-Home Video Sequel disguised as a Pixar sequel, why would making a 3rd one have any difference. :/
It’s also impossible since Brad Bird left and ditched Disney for Skydance Animation where John Lassater (for some reason still in the animation industry) works at now. I heard Brad Bird is making his next animated feature called “Ray Gun”? Someone help correct me.
I don’t know about that given the awful reception of Skydance Animation’s first movie “Luck” turned out.

I have an idea for a third "Incredibles" film. I call it "Incredibles: Legacy of Redemption".
The story takes place in the 1980s, twenty years after the events of the first film ("Incredibles 2" is no longer canon in this continuity). Bob Parr, also known as Mr. Incredible, is now 60 years old, and his wife Helen Parr, also known as Elastigirl, is 58, yet she still looks young thanks to her shapeshifting powers and elasticity. Their children, Violet, Dash, and Jack-Jack, are 34, 30, and 21 respectively. In other words, they're now adults facing their own challenges. Violet is now married to Tony Rydinger, and they both have two children: a 10-year-old son named Michael Rydinger-Parr and a 7-year-old daughter named Sarah Rydinger-Parr. Dash is now a comic book artist and an animator and has his own art and animation studio, "Fast Art Studios". Jack-Jack is still struggling with controlling his powers, but he has made some progress with the help of his siblings and parents.
A new threat emerges in the form of Chameleon, a shapeshifting villain with a troubled past, and Semenisin, the mastermind manipulating her actions. As Chameleon and Semenisin wreak havoc across the globe, the government reactivates the Superhero Relocation Program, calling upon the aging Parr family for assistance.
The Parr family must balance their superhero duties with personal struggles. Violet and Tony must deal with the responsibility of raising their children while also trying to support their parents; Violet is supporting Bob and Helen, while Tony is supporting his parents, Mary and Frank. Dash navigates a successful career in art while aiding his family's missions. Jack-Jack, despite being older, still has difficulty controlling his powers and often finds himself in dangerous situations. Meanwhile, Bob and Helen must face the reality of their aging bodies and try to stay useful as superheroes.
Chameleon and Semenisin continue to wreak havoc across the globe. However, Chameleon begins to question her choices and seeks redemption despite Semenisin's influence. As Semenisin's plans escalate, endangering Metroville, Chameleon allies with the Parr family to thwart his destructive intentions.
In a climactic battle, the Parrs and Chameleon face off against Semenisin, culminating in a final showdown between Bob and Semenisin. In the end, the Parr family, along with Chameleon, manages to defeat Semenisin and save the city. The heroes emerge triumphant, reaffirming their commitment to protecting the world from evil.
Chameleon, remorseful for her past actions, surrenders to authorities and begins a journey of redemption. Released from prison for good behavior after one year, she mentors young superheroes and aids in tracking down other villains, finding purpose and acceptance within the superhero community.
    So, what do you think?

First off, Incredibles 3 should have happened when we had Incredibles 2. The sequel should have been came out around 2010-ish when we had Toy Story 3. The fact it took FOURTEEN YEARS to give us that movie and as lackluster as it turned out was extremely disappointing. The signs of the era we were in clearly showed how much we dipped in quality with mature content in kid movies or the makers just lost their steam by that point. It's like getting Batman Begins and then following it up with a sequel in the style of Batman (1989). That would be underwhelming. I would have forgiven Incredibles 2 more if it came out years sooner because at least then you can say they needed more time to craft something as genius and extraordinary in sequel form to one of the best animated superhero kid movies of all time of the same magnitude. But geez Louise, over a dozen years and that's the best they come up with? Oh no. Hell, that Rise of the Underminer game was a better sequel than that and I think they should have done something based on THAT instead. I also think given the HUGE time gap between movies, they should have done a time-jump by at most ten years to let the characters of that first movie grow with the audience and we see them older and more mature (the kids and adults). Jack-Jack would be Dash's age then and we could have seen how he behaves in comparison to his older brother from the previous movie at the same age either more mature or more reckless. Had the sequel come out in 2010, then setting it in the same timeframe as the first wouldn't have been an issue since that movie would have still been fairly fresh after just six years. Having it come out in 2018, the timeframe just came off dated so about a ten-year gap was warranted just to keep things current and progressing and so the story didn't come off as something shelved that's just NOW being utilized which is how it came off to me. A time-jump is something they definitely need to do with a third movie, but a twenty year one to keep the timeline up to date with all of the kids as adults and exploring any kids Violet and Dash may have because they'd be old enough to have one or two tops. They also need to make a story that's truly groundbreaking and goes in deep like that first movie did and everything in it needs to be different and fresh. The sequel was very tame by comparison which was a HUGE flaw and just recycled a lot of what the first movie did sending Helen off in a hero-adventure like they did with Bob. YAWN, been there and done that. We also need villains that are memorable with a strong story arc and strategic motive, something the sequel fell flat on with its generic display in all elements. Syndrome mops the floor with Evelyn entirely. That woman looked about as villainous as a mean librarian. We can't have those same mistakes here. If they go through with this, they REALLY need to right the wrongs of the sequel which diminished The Incredibles name down some levels and do a major course correct or the brand of this franchise is just tarnished indefinitely. They need to bring the stigma of the first back up and send the story off in a bang because there needs to be no fourth or fifth movie (given how long they take to make these things anyway). One more movie is really all we need to have a nice little trilogy like most franchises need to go on and feel complete with a beginning chapter, middle, and an ending. I wish we could have had something by 2024 to honor the 20th anniversary of the original, but I can see something by 2029 to honor a 25th one instead which is reasonable timing to crank out an EXCELLENT sequel this time. If The Incredibles is like Batman Begins, then the third movie would need to be like The Batman with Robert Pattison in comparison.

The first thing that would need to happen is that Disney would have to give complete creative control over the movie, with no studio meddling. Disney needs to trust the process and take a risk. The creative team on The Incredibles already proved they can make an incredible movie with these characters, so the studio needs to sit back and let them work their magic. Aging the kids up would be an excellent way to shake things up a little bit; Violet could be entering college, Dash could be entering HS, and Jack-Jack could be in elementary school. The third film could explore the world after supers are legalized again. Now that supers are legal, this 3rd movie could explore the question, “Is the world better off with or without supers?” In this movie, supers would be out in the open fighting crime and being heroes, just like the Golden Age of heroism. The movie could introduce a Justice League-inspired super team, but with more supers who are stronger come more powerful villains with more sinister intentions. Like in the first movie, these villains don’t hesitate to kill supers or civilians. Some villains could team up and take the super team out of the picture. This may be dark, but having the villains kill off the super team in broad daylight in front of live television would be an excellent way to set up the stakes for this film. With Earth’s greatest protectors out of the picture, it would be up to the Incredibles to team up and save the day. Mr. Incredible and Elastigirl could insist on the kids staying back because this threat is too big for the kids to take on, and it’s not worth letting the kids risk their lives, but of course, the kids aren’t going to accept that. The threat is too big for the kids to let their parents go in alone; the Incredibles either take down this threat together, or they die trying. Now that the team is older and more experienced, they’re a well-oiled machine.
As Dash enters HS, his speed increases significantly along with new speedster abilities. Violet has developed more creative ways to use her power, and Jack-Jack has more control over his powers, but he’s still learning to use them effectively. The family could leave Jack-Jack with Edna because he isn’t ready for this threat, which would be the perfect opportunity for a training sequence/sequences with Jack-Jack and Edna because if the Incredibles go down, Jack-Jack would be the world’s last line of defense. Jack Jack could feel left out because he’s still an Incredible, so he should be allowed to go with his family, but the family refuses to let him go because he’s still the baby of the family, and it’s too dangerous. The plot line with Edna and Jack-Jack is the perfect setup for the character development of Jack-Jack as he learns to rely on his powers less, to be less impulsive, and to be more strategic with his powers. Ultimately, Jack Jack could be the one to save his family from being killed, and the team would come together for one final battle. The entire family would save the world together, and Jack-Jack would be accepted as a true member of the team. These are just a few ideas, but I think it's a good template for a 3rd Incredibles movie

I think it's pretty clear at this point that if Brad Bird wants to come back and do it, they'll do it! Otherwise, it's not getting made! If it happens, I really want them to age up the family though - hopefully Brad can embrace the idea because Idk how he feels about it, since the kids powers are so based on their ages!

Syndrome may have been killed off in the first Incredibles Movie, but it shouldn’t stop Disney from making a Syndrome Villain Movie so it can explore Syndrome’s time during the 15 year gap where he established his fortress on Nomanisan Island, killing off the old-gen supers including Gazerbeam, and even his reaction when Mr. Incredible rejects him during the Glory Days. I agree with other people that we should have an Incredibles Sequel Series that sets up the third movie as the final entry and a prequel centering around Elastigirl, Frozone, and Mr. Incredible during the glory days.

    I have an idea:
Since the 9th Omnidroid wasn’t destroyed (only the 8th and 10th were destroyed on-screen), it could use it’s adaptive and learning AI to escape whatever “primitive” storage room it was in (since Syndrome lost his funding just before he died). Then it could mind its own business in a way that is either disruptive to the local population or detected by new characters that have been searching for Syndrome’s tech.
The main idea is the return of the Omnidroid in any shape or form. Maybe the Underminer found it and made it his own until it escaped because of its advanced AI?
    I don’t know…
Feel free to add on or complain about this idea because I think it’s great, but it has too many flaws to be used in a movie…

💡💡💡A great idea occurred to me. We saw the rumor announcement that it was developed by Disney and Pixar in the movie "Incredibles 3" we remember in curious that we saw movies of the Incredibles 1 and 2, Violet has anger towards her families and I saw the book Suddenly Super (A Twisted Tale), thinks that she will become a villainess because she hates them like did to Syndrome in vengeance, except a video announcement on RUclips, The same words come out of mine from the curious in Incredibles 3 between Violet that I am suspecting that We know how to predict in the future but if you don't believe me, neither do I, I might be willing to make an exchange for Violet is the protagonist of "Incredibles 3" makes it even better that she didn't turn out for "Incredibles 2", they won't think she will become a villainess and this save turns out.
Now, do you guys decide what Violet is going to do for Incredibles 3?
She is the protagonist as a heroine or she will become a villainess.

I definitely think they should do a third movie and do a timeskip because honestly look how good Toy Story 3 turned out. If the Incredibles team was able to get the time available to iron out the story and movie and get all the cast back like Toy Story 3 was able to do they maybe we could get a great conclusion to one of Pixar’s most popular franchises.

    1. Incredibles 3 focuses this time on violet, dash and jack jack
    2. A new super villain as the main villain
    3. The underminer makes a return
    4. Mirage should return as a good character, have a better life and becomes a good and close friend of the superhero family. Hopefully someone else can replace her late voice actress

I've had this idea for years. This could have been the 2nd movie if they did a time skip. In a world of supers, how does the ordinary become super? Technology is the answer. What if there is an Incredibles movie about syndromes technology being used for good. Does the government create special teams to try and replace supers? Does this technology go towards the public? Why was his insane tech just left on the backburner? I haven't seen the video yet, I just wanted to get this here first.

I could be assuming that The Incredibles 3 will possibly just be another okay sequel that I'm just not going to be complaining about how disappointed it was. I mean the first film did way better and the sequel was kind of okay but it does have a lot of flaws but still it was a kinda good sequel. And even if The Incredibles 3 could be actually be way better they had to do something to make this sequel not be a total failure.
Just bring back Syndrome and the Underminer and make them as the villains of the third film but they had to make their personality not be this corny enough and just be actually serious just like from what we had experience from the first film.
Also we could love to see Dash as a teenager Violet being an adult and Jack Jack being a 10 year old kid.
And also even if these things will actually happen in this film it would definitely make The Incredibles 3 as the final chapter of the franchise just to complete the trilogy.
But for the bonus funny parts they have to bring back Frozone's "WHERE IS MY SUPER SUIT!!" Joke

At this point i just want Pixar to leave their grubby hands Off their Classics for the rest of time, They have Annihilated Toy Story with the 4th Installment, Nullified Incredibles with Incredibles 2 and have done serious damage Cars with Cars On The Road and it seems Inside Out 2 will probably go down the same route.
And even if a Incredibles 3 was greenlight I would want to
1: Age up the characters, have Violet shown getting married and her struggles in her marriage life, have Dash be a depressed teenager and Bob and Helen getting Old and possibly considering retirement from being a Superhero.
2: Have it be a Cars 3/2 situation where this installment does not acknowledge the previous one since the second one is basically the first one but a whole lot worse and would contribute nothing to this one so just forget it happened but that's my take on Incredibles 3..
