- • Ingredients: deep-fried sugar flabtread
White dough: all-purpose flour 400 grams, 0:23,
baking powder 4 grams, 0:23, salt 2 grams, 0:29,
egg 1, 0:38, Oil 30 grams, 0:41, water 180 grams, 0:45,
Sugar dough: brown sugar 200 grams, 1:07,
water 90 grams, 1:07, peanut butter 100 grams, 1:17,
all-purpose flour 200 grams, 1:25,
After finish kneading the white dough, keep it for one hour.
• Heat the oil with medium heat. We can put a small white dough in the oil, if the dough float on it immediately, now we can put the flatbread in oil and start deep-frying. Keep the sugar side down and put it in oil. Turn it over soon after it floats on the oil. Deep-fry it till the white side turns yellow.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。
