10:43 you need 12v, USB is only 5V, you might be able to get away with USB-C +USB-C power brick.

If you're going through this trouble of needing external power i'd rather get a multi-drive enclosure like those thunderbolt ones for Mac, though i dont know if anyone makes them for occulink as they're normally internal connectors. Might be able to get an extternal SAS but its probably expecting a SAS controller on the PC side of that cable.
