Dry gangrene and psoriasis are different.. dry gangrene is caused by insufficient blood supply to the limbs mostly associated with diabetes, arteriosclerosis, smoking etc.. whereas psoriasis is a condition which is triggered by infections, stress, skin injuries, weather etc
