What did you do to work on your intonation? I got myself a fretless a few months ago and have been playing it on and off. I'm fine if I keep my left hand in one position but if I move it... P.S. - Amazing playing!
I didn't do any exercise for just intonation. But accuracy above 12th fret was really hard to achieve at first, so I played bass solo from 'I'm but a Wave To...' with a DAW tuner on, which took some some time to get used to. Anyway I'd recommend using DAW tuner for more accuracy in intonation, unless your ears are really sensitive to detect 2~5 cents flat/sharp.
Go test your theory with a tuner. I am 56 and have been playing fretless bass since I was 13 and paying Luthiers to set up my intonation since then. LOL@oggjr155
I love your videos, sending love from brazil🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Great playing! King of those who know! You inspire me to buy a bass guitar.

The actual notes are right behind the fret markers. Your not in the right position
You're wrong. You press where the fretwire would be on a fretless.
