That was an awesome comparison video. Both mustangs are amazing but I personally like the mach 1 more. I saw a grey mach 1 with the handling package last week and I instantly liked it.
The ZL1 was only slower on that tiny course that throttle house uses. Also the GT 500 was slower than the mach and dark horse, on throttle house track. Most people race in a straight line. That tiny course doesn't mean anything. The zl1 and GT 500 is no compromise to the dark horse or mach 1. Coming from a 2022 mach 1 owner.
That is a good point but I can say this I do think the dark horse will out handle my GT500 just cause of the weight difference that is off the front end. the DH feel a lot more nimble to me over the gt500 and I have let my friends drive them to and they also felt the same

It only beats the ZL1, and the GT 500 on the throttle house track because it’s a small tight turning track. The car is set up for handling. In a straight line it’s slow. I guarantee, if a zl1 pulled up beside you on the interstate you would lose 10 out of 10 times.
FBO and on E85 would be a different story I have walked them with my NA 10 speed car my friend has one and my car traps a higher mph than a boosted car it’s just sad only way zL1 wins is cause 10 speed vs manual

I see a lot of comments on who's faster. The mustang or camaro? Who cares? If you're a car guy you buy what you like. The GTR in Jake's videos will make them feel like they are still going through puberty 😮. There's always someone faster. Just enjoy what you have!
The Mach 1 is an amazing Mustang, but I believe you mentioned The Mach 1 was a 2022 model. So Your buying a 2022 vs a 2024 model. Ford has refined the Dark Horse from looks, brakes, upgraded interior and a new Gen 4 Coyote when unlocked will be a monster capable of 8000 RPMs from it's factory built performance engine. Ford had to slide that engine through Cafe requirements. The Gen 3 only lost 10 horsepower from cafe restrictions. The Gen 4 has a restricted ECU to pass emissions and mpg which will change likely by next summer from tuners cracking the Dark Horse's ECU. Some Dyno runs are showing that issue. I'm looking forward seeing tuned and Whipple supercharged Dark Horse's making quarter mile passes and turning laps on tracks like VIR. Great job Ford with the new S650 V8 Mustang GT and Dark Horse.
The DH is heavier, slower, less good-looking and more expensive. Oh, and the locked ECU doesn't help either. Oh, and the 24/7 internet connectivity doesn't help either. The DH is best for clout chasers. 👍

@@ItalianStallion410 You do realize that for the S550s the TCU/modem can be disconnected...right? It's the little electronic box located on the left side of trunk. You can also remove fuse #2. You can't do that with the S650, it's all embedded. It's online 24/7. Hell, if your screens go out, your AC/heater is SOL. 🤣 I realize you wanna stay on Ford's good graces, I get it. Just don't sell me piss, and tell me it's apple juice.

M2C atm is like 5k cheaper in germany then a mach1. Its easy to tune by software alone and will leave any mustang in the dust at the end…Mustangs are good looking and good sounding but nothing for beeing fast. 🎉

No not at all at first I was confused on what button to hit but once I figured it out super simple
