Oh my!
Let’s just take a min to look at the thumbnail 😂
If all the ingredients are ready, you will take just 5mins to get your pancake on your plate 😁👍
Measurements?
just about to comment the same
Sorry I Was busy lately.
Measures depends on the amount of the Pancakes. But for instant let’s keep it for around 3 pieces. One egg, one tea spoon of sugar, 120ml of milk, 5/6 normal spoons of plain flour ( if you like bit sponge add 2 normal spoons of raising flour and rest plain flour). Leave the mixture for 5 to 10mins and let it go on Pan in medium heat. 👍

how much milk do u put in there?
So sorry for the late response. I am not professional and I don’t really take the measurements but I just go by the look of paste. Because it’s all depends on the quantity of the pancakes you are making.
Regards
@@bhutaneats while I usually go by measurements I am looking forward to trying these pancakes using your method of judging the mixture :)
I didn't see any butter in that pan before you poured the mix that pancake looks nasty. Sorry.
You also didn't add any butter to the mix. No eggs. No salt.
There's no crispy edges. That pancake is not fluffy. 🤢
Here's a better recipe
2 cups all purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 large egg
Optional:
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Cinnamon powder to your liking
Mix the dry ingredients together, mix the wet together, pour the wet into the dry.
Pour the mixture into a hot skillet directly in the middle of melted butter to get those nice crispy edges.
Use a 1/4 or 1/2 cup measuring cup to pour the batter so it's nice and even.
Use a spatula to flip once the pancake has all the bubbles.
Use medium heat so the pancake Cooks thoroughly.
Top with a little butter and syrup and enjoy!
You're welcome!
