How to Make The Best Pancakes | Easy Fluffy Pancakes Recipe 🥞

You’ll need
2 eggs
2 tbsp granulated sugar
200 ml milk
1 + ¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla powder
To cook;
Oil
1 cup = 240 ml
Here’s how
1- Whisk together 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar.
2- Add 200 ml of milk, 1 + ¼ cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tsp of baking powder and 2 tsp vanilla powder. Beat until you have a smooth batter.
3- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
4- Gently pour about 1 tbsp of batter onto the hot pan.
5- Wait until the bubbles form on the surface and once they start popping, flip the pancake over and cook until both sides are golden.
6- Repeat until all the batter is used up.
7- Once both sides are golden, transfer to a serving plate!

What vanilla powder did you use ?
@@stephanieayala2561 I've never heard if vanilla powder..but I use vanilla essence...it's a dark liquid a glass bottle...you can also use almond essence but I prefer vanilla
I didn’t have vanilla powder so if you do not have it use 2 and a half tsp of VANILLA ESSENCE - it’s more common for someone to have vanilla essence , so I hoped this helped!

I recommend adding 3 tbsp of sugar (if you prefer your pancakes to be slightly sweeter like I prefer to be) and to add 3 tsp of baking powder (2 tsp wasn't enough in my experience)
@Chanel Gaming Rblx it won't be too sweet but it will be sweet enough for you to notice that there's actually sugar in the pancakes.
Are these pancakes flavorful even without toppings? I’m out of syrup and other toppings and I’m looking for a recipe that has some “pancake taste” without any garnishing.

@@bobby3509 Are u a fan of chocolate or vanilla? If chocolate grab 1 or just add cocoa powder else go for a sweet vanilla powder cooked with sugar and milk (a viscous fluid) . Flavoured milk goes well too.

Best pancake recipe on RUclips! They were delicious! The pancakes came out fluffy without whisking the eggs for hours. I added a teaspoon of baking soda too and instead of two tablespoon sugar, I added 6 since it seemed two bland for so much milk and flour. Apart from the taste, they also looked good. I will definitely be making these again!
For the baking powder, is it baking powder double acting or single acting? I will add 1 teaspoon of baking soda just like you did 😀

@@Shonz14nw baking powder helps in puffiness or raising n baking soda helps in spreading the batter. However u may add both but i add only bakjng powder. Results r good

Edit: So I made them today and they turned out amazing! Soooo good! I followed the recipe exactly but I added a little more of flour to get the right consistency and used vanilla extract because I didn’t have vanilla powder.

I made this today, and not gonna lie they really are fluffy and a bit bland tho, so I suggest you add more sugar to your liking. So far this is the best and fluffiest pancake recipe I have ever tried! ❤❤ You can use butter instead of oil while cooking 👍
