Love it. Saw the “snooze” button but never knew how to use it. Thanks.

Good one. I dont use folders at all, I just use the "opened/not opened" layout to organize it. What I need to do, gets done in the moment I open the inbox, what needs to be done another time, is checked as not opened to be on the top of the list and with a notification icon, other things I jus check them as opened and thats it.

Girl!!! This is soooo valuable! I wish I had known this when I was in my office job. I slightly think I have ADHD and I had to quit my job. I looked and looked and LOOKED for some kind of guidance like this. Maybe you can repost as "Office Job ESSENTIALS" or something like that lol just a suggestions but LOVE your content!!

Wow!!! I really struggle with my inbox. I currently have 1911 emails. I need to watch this again and implement your strategy. Thank you.

Same in my corporate role. I use Reply & Archive, sort by Conversation, if something needs action I complete it then or schedule it from that email and then archive that message. I use zero folders unless it’s the dept inbox. If I blink I have 1500 emails. I use archive so I can search and find the info if required. If it’s over three weeks old I autoarchive

That's brilliant! I have around 50 folders, and it doesn't help. Apart from that, I also have different inboxes where I send emails (urgent, not urgent, etc.). I never check the folders, the inboxes make everything feel cluttered and I keep forgetting things. Your method seems so freeing, I'm going to use it. Thank you!
