First of all, you are pretty! With that out of the way, thanks for the video, I enjoyed it a lot. I agree with basically everything and you made me to replay the game again.
@@johnnynoname I platinum’ed the game and damn that was wild. But a lot of fun at the same time and you learn to appreciate the battle system even more.
Its very difficult to get across criticism without making you think im hurting your feelings but this review is disappointing. Complementing the graphics is like complementing the fact food gives humans nutrition, and of course the music is great because of the soundtrack taken from the original and modified to be bombastic. You completely neglect to discuss the problems good and bad of ATB, AI, Limits, and abilities. You forgo talking about why pressuring and staggering enemies is meaningful, as well as whether or not its actually well made mechanics. You disregard the constant linear placement of weapons and therefore the lack of interesting secrets in the overworld, and completely neglect to discuss whether certain materias break the game like assess materia. There is absolutely zero review over the synergy skills in favor of walkthrough levels of “this works like this” instead of actually informing us its quality or even your personal preferences (yes telling us how much fun tifa flying is might be more meaningful than a walkthrough”. You absolutely miss the mark in terms of the open world, its 100% optional and therefore can have people forego everything in favor of just experiencing the story and the problems a game can have allowing that. “Taking part in sidequests” and naming towers shrines mako springs and enemy encounters foregoes actually telling us whether its good or bad because a plat trophy determines what to do and its quality somehow. You have an entire arena section depicting reasons why you would want to “kill yourself” I.E the office and dont critique any reason as to why hitboxes/damage/moves can be poorly designed. I wish you could talk about why a minigame is meaningful in your review other than “weeeeee” but I guess listing them does at least qualify as a walkthrough which is better than nothing. Finally, you completely forego any actual story criticism and praise in order to stay “spoiler free” and neglect actually putting in effort to discussing the story, which sure is nice and simple for all kinds of viewers but neglects any kind of opinions or statements that might be objectively correct. Please just title it a walkthrough next time but I have faith you can ascend your content to a higher level.😊
