I have two u tube channels that inspire me and are changing my life:: one is Thich Nhat Han and the other is you, Tanny...do you have any idea of the number of people whose lives are better and truer because of you? God Bless you, dear friend. Linda

This was awe some...you spoke to me in so many ways. After listening to dietician’s after being diagnosed with Celiac I became overwhelmed with how complicated eating was. I began to hate food. I have come back to Raw after being away and I will never go back. I love preparing food again. I feel excited about shopping for food. How beautiful it is ....thank you!

Yes.. you have given me hope. I love your phrase. Yes that's not my food. It has helped me over the last 2 weeks to make better decisions. Thank you God bless you.

So inspirational. I thought of you the other day when I was preparing my food. I’ve gone vegan before a few times and I always failed. I watched your channel in the past and always found you to have very profound thoughts. And I vibe with your whole vibes. This year I went vegetarian and then transitioned into veganism. It has been the best decision I’ve ever made and soon I’ll tackle the meds I’m taking. Oh I mean drugs, they aren’t medicine. And I’m almost at 3 months without meat and 1 month of vegan. This video addresses what I’ve experienced, I failed, but I got back up and tried again. Thanks for sharing, you are making a difference.

Hi Tanny, I was just thinking about this topic of addiction, opened up RUclips to check on my subscriptions and there you are with this video. I love you so much. I hope I get to meet you some day.
I'm a survivor mom of a son who battled drug addiction. Not that you are dealing with that with your son. I hope not. Wishing you much strength, support, and wisdom. 💕

You could say that addiction is based on a fear of emptiness, but I also heard it said in a different way in an inspiring Tedx talk where he says that addiction results from lack of social connection - which made a lot of sense to me. We are social creatures and need satisfying social connections, rather than needing to 'embrace emptiness' (though this has its place too). Helping someone heal isn't about making them feel bad for their choices, because it ignores the root problem. The Tedx talk showed how addicts were helped to increase social connections and it diminished their addictive behaviour greatly (in both animals and humans). My belief is that self-responsibility (and any other behaviour associated with a healthy person) can arise AFTER basic connection and health needs are fulfilled.

Tanny, thank you so much for all the love you put into your videos. I don't have the words to express how much you mean to me. You've helped me take my life back so I can be here for my children and my granddaughter. Please keep on shining your love and light. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. God bless.

I'm so depressed. Today I doped myself down with SIX 180-calorie packs of dead peanut butter crackers and a 240-calorie bag of potato chips. I threw in a quinoa tabouleh bowl for lunch. I know better!!! What is my problem?! 😢

The craving will go away even without the thing you are craving, I learned that when I quit smoking. It did go away I just had to wait it out. Sure it was uncomfortable for a few minutes but it did go away.

Tanny, thanks for your inspiration today and always! Your son is on my heart; might it be work for him to live with your mom, his grandmother? The grandparent bond is very special and they could be a help to one another. Perhaps Chris could go to school locally or online while working a local job. Boys do mature later than girls and things have gotten tougher for young people than even 15 or 20 years ago. A dear friend’s son had issues with drugs and alcohol and he came back home in his 20’s. He lived at home for 4 years and now has a good job and is moving in to share a house with a friend. He is healthy and happy at 31-just needed a bit more security and nurturing. Perhaps it’s the same for Christopher. His beautiful and gentle spirit was evident when he was in high school and in the occasional video with you :). May God direct and guide you and your baby boy! Xo

In gratitude and love for all you've brought to my life, Tanny! After seven years of making huge lifestyle changes, I have been through so many challenges, but have found you a steady beautiful inspiring presence. While watching this video, I had a vision of you creating Meditations to access the subconscious mind--I would totally listen to those over and over! Please check out the amazing life-affirming work of Dr. Joe Dispenza--the healings and testimonials for those doing the work are mind-blowing. Although he doesn't advocate any particular lifestyle, I've found that almost all of those who've healed and sustained that condition have also made major changes in their lifestyles in addition to implementing the "formula" he teaches. When you talk about "sitting in silence" with hurldles we encounter sounds like meditation, even though you don't name it. You've given me so much...sending you back limitless love, joy and courage...
