It’s understandable but also impossible for new folks to fully follow. Without context no one can distinguish between such words as yaphe and tov unless they already know. Otherwise they will have to stop and trust a google search and their phonetic replication. All in all these videos are very helpful and we recommend them.
Its awesome I'm Romanian and I can translate what she's saying in romanian, same with other people. This is the best thing about this, you can listen in your own language.
Beth, I am thrilled to discover you!! I am an 80- year-old language lover and teacher, starting a Biblical Hebrew course with my granddaughter at our church. An ardent fan of comprehensible input, I use it in my language teaching. You are an answer to prayer and I praise God for you! Thank you, Sally
That's an amazing church if it's teaching you Hebrew! I've never heard of such a thing. Gives me hope that there are good churches out there (somewhere)
That is so awesome! It just encouraged me! I'm in Japan, and usually after the Japanee retire, or get older, this is when their true lives begin and they start learning and doing everything that they ever wanted to.
I completed lessons 1 to 70. Now I want to revise such lessons before going ahead. Kindly pray for my success. Specially thanks to bat, avraham and their team, from Pakistan.
It’s surprising to me how fast I remembered the words with this style of learning. I have attempted to learn Biblical Hebrew the traditional way and came away with small portions. I am inspired and excited to learn this language through your free classes. I believe it will have a great impact on my bible study. God bless you and the ministry you have been given and Christ be exalted.
A beautiful Ish and Isha teaching the most beautiful language! This is how I learned German back in the 1980's, of course not with RUclips or Websites, but with hearing the words first. A big plus is living in the country where the language is spoken. Next year in Israel! Thank you!
Sorry to disappoint you but we don't speak like that in Israel. If you say "Aye?" people will laugh at you. We say "Eifo?". We don't say "Katon" but "Katan". Her accent is funny.
Wonderful! This is how I learned Spanish And French way back in 1981. My teacher was educated by Jesuits in Mexico City. Later as a 15 year old, her father, the US ambassador was moved to the French consulate. There she learned French and German. Her methods were just like yours. It is how my pea brain is wired. It stimulates memory cortex and the photographic area of my brain as I can see every page in that first Spanish book we used exactly 40 years later!!! That alone merits scientific investigation. She did not speak English in class. She said there was plenty time after class to practice English. You guys are re-teaching my mind and my heart to love Language again. I appreciate your kind methods and doing what works to teach people like me who may never have been inspired were it not for people like you and my wonderful teacher in high school. It is amazing what the human mind can learned if challenged so effectively as you two do. You are both lovely people.
Thank you!😢 I am taking Biblical Hebrew at a college and got a great jumpstart from your videos, and I continue to use them. Your positive language and demeanor, and your precise pronunciation, have greatly increased my love to continue studying Hebrew. God bless you and all the Christians in the Holy Land! May God have mercy on us all.
I learned how to speak German in two weeks while living there. I never studied the language in school or took lessons. I listened and copied what I heard. The Germans were quite impressed. Also they absolutely adored my handwriting... a real artist with an active brain!
Que belleza, hace días le pedí al Señor que quería aprender hebreo para seguir comprendiendo la Biblia y abro el RUclips y me saltó ésto es una respuesta a mis oraciones. Dios les bendiga por el servicio de ayudar a los demás con sus enseñanzas. Felicitaciones a los dos
As someone well-versed in language learning, I'm so grateful that I came across your playlist the first day of investigating Hebrew. I have learned to have a keen eye for materials, and this looks excellent!
Thank you so much for this! I wanted to learn Hebrew because my Bible has Hebrew, Greek, and English. And I thought I must learn Hebrew first. God bless y'all for this
Vous êtes une magnifique personne agréable et souriante, avec vous on a forcément envie d'apprendre et de suivre vos cours chronologiquement, merci et que Dieu vous bénisse 🙏
So exciting, I just found an early 1900s Strongs Concordance w/ Hebrew dictionary. I can't wait to finish this course and buy a full Hebrew OT to read! God bless your ministry! I am so excited to learn this! Thank you!
I am from INDONESIA. Your tutorials are simple and beautiful, but the most important thing is that you have shared the passion and love for the Hebrew language of the Bible. The lessons you share on this channel are invaluable, I will play them again and again and share this playlist with all my students.
I really love your channel I am glad i found it !!. I am an Indian who really loves to learn hebrew and my goal is to read the hebrew bible and I find your channel interesting and helpful!! keep up the good work !!! GOD BLESS YOU Love from India💗😊
I can understand everything in the lesson after viewing it once. I reviewed the lesson immediately. I can hear you speaking the word with my eyes closed and I see the objects together with your voice. Now that I am 55 years old,I may have to repeat the lesson 3 or 4 more time for overkill. If you think you have learned something and you don't remember it a day, a week, a month later, you it did not permanently imprint on the memory cortex. Repetition, repetition, repetition and verbal emphasis is my key to learning. I learned this as quickly as I learned Spanish on that first day of class 40 years ago. Thank you so very much
Guys, your program here in Brazil is a great success. many people watching it. Can you take a class explaining the differences in how women and men speak Hebrew? I think it's in the pronones, adjectives etc.
shalom, I really love hebrew and I tried many ways to learn but since I saw biblical hebrew by beth and Avraham, My skill grows up fast, thank you and if possible don't stop, please continue and. May Adonai bless you and Naomi
This is SO good: Your approach to langauage learning is completely wonderful. I have learned so much, and I thank you from all my heart for making these ressources available to the world free of charge. May Adonai bless you whereever you are - in whatever you do!
Really great illustrations, pronunciations and corrections. Thank you very much for taking the time to bless others with knowledge of the Hebrew language. Along side with google as a dictionary this was really easy to understand. Zeh refers to masculine and zot to feminine. Tov meod means very good, yaffe means beautiful or maybe as a way of saying nice 👍🏼. Learning big and small was crucial too and the the word ha means “the” which is why it is used before presenting the animal or person. God bless you two for your hard work in making this happen. Great way of serving the Lord with what you have.
At first I was a little intimidated by the method, but after watching the fist episode, I was able to understand quite a lot of how genders work in Hebrew, comparatives, and a lot more. I'm actually really excited to continue learning! Thank you so much for this!
